This is the second time Ive had work done at Authentic. I purchased a Procharger D1SC from Adam and just had it tuned on their dyno. I met Glen a the door ( Covid mask already on) where he took the time to both answer my questions and ask a few of his own. He took the time to explain exactly how the dyno process would go and showed an interest in what my concerns were. During the entire process, I was made to feel like a customer that was valued, not just for the sale. I spent the entire day there and not once did I feel like a burdon. We joked around but when time came to install a revised tune and run the dyno, both Glen and Adam were professional start to finish. We discussed future goals and Glen offered solid advice. Even though I dont have a full build Hellcat, I left feeling like they still value my business and want me to be happy with the results which I fully am.I will definitely be returning for the forged engine and future mods.Thanks again to both Glen and Adam for everything.
