RBC Royal Bank

Despite this location is only 200 meters away from my house; but I prefer to go some other rbc branches to do my banking work.Altogether ; royal bank services are sucks compared to other major banks.

i am disgusted of this location customer service, i went visited this location today i was about to go to tailer, there was no line up i got yelled at by the asian lady telling me to wait she is busy in a rudest way. I was very disappointed.

By far the worst banking service I have had to deal with. Consistently a disappointment. I am in the process of transferring to another bank.

Great branch, been around at this location for a very long time buts it’s kept updated and modern along the way. Staff here are super friendly and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Kevin Murphy in personal banking needs. Well done RBC, I’ve moved basically all of my accounts over to them from Scotia and never looked back.

We had an appointment scheduled and confirmed with one of the advisors. When the scheduled time arrived, there was no show, no email, no call, no nothing. What a waste of our time! The guy did not show any sign of commitment or respect at all! We had to call RBC and navigate through their robot to get a real person on the call, and got the appointment rescheduled (with another advisor of course, we will not trust the no-show guy anymore).

Junk service, 1 teller, 15 people in line, zero emphasis on speed, can't even believe this company even exsist's!

If I didn't have to be a client with this bank because of work, I would not be a client. Right now my company uses RBC for RRSP purposes, but this bank is consistent in one thing and that's terrible customer service.Calling a branch is virtually impossible as far as I can tell. When calling the local number, you have to jump through at least 3 automated phone prompts. Depending on what you end up with, you're still directed to a call centre and not the local branch you were hoping to speak with. I have not once been able to get through to my local branch without a call centre transfer after 3 automated walls and 5 - 15 minute hold times.The latest call I made had probably the most unhelpful customer service representative who was terse, outright rude, and didn't seem to have any information I needed. She ended up telling me to go into my local branch. What's the point of having a phone? In this case, I'm not sure.The local staff I've worked with to date have been pushy and again, quite unhelpful in general. You can't sign up for anything online (and thus can't get electronic statements) unless you have an account. Why an RRSP doesn't count as having an account, I'm not sure. So any issues I have with statements have to be dealt with in person and with a lot of irritating back and forth. Even just to get a receipt for my yearly contributions is a pain. I really cannot recommend this bank or even this branch in the least.

Worst bank I’ve ever used the branch and at this point the rbc bank at all. 0 stars if I could they have zero customer service or cross banking help, honestly better to switch banks.

My partner went into renegotiate our mortgage on our rental property. When he arrived he was told that the woman that he was to meet was sick and no one could meet with him within the next 5 hours the bank was open. He had rushed from one of his jobs-- no one had bothered to cancel the appointment, no one cared about his time (he is an entrepreneur with multiple businesses and time is money), and no one offered to help him while he was there. That is completely unacceptable. He has had an on-going issue with the bank when asking questions about business accounts and investments, which has caused him to go elsewhere for these services. He is young, and it seems that for that reason, no one takes him seriously. The disrespect he has met at this branch is the reason that I personally have none of my business or personal accounts with them. Banks are businesses and if you want to gain and maintain clientele, you must treat everyone that walks through the door with courtesy and respect. I hope that they can make this right.

The people are very nice and caring there. I just wish there was a rbc place or an atm near Stone Road Mall.
