The first time we met Abdul Zareh, he explained that he was more of a service guy than a sales guy. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property, Abdul conducted a methodical inspection to detect potential problems. In addition, he would comment on the quality of the construction, the finishes, the appliances, etc. Additionally, Abdul guided us through multiple negotiation rounds to reach a fair price. In the end we found the property that was just right for us and we are loving it so far. Thank you Abdul!

As well, he was always on top of things whenever we wanted to go house hunting. He would set up appointments, find information about how viable the place is for our pets, and many more things in such a promptly manner that I was constantly impressed.On top of that, his great personality gaves us a lot of ease during what is understandably a very stressful process. As a first-time homebuyer, I was super anxious about the whole entire process. When we first met Abdul, he asked my husband and I a series of questions, such as what we are looking for, etc. But, most importantly, things we want in life with a new home. This was the first of series of only green flags from Abdul. It’s crazy how many times my husband and I would get blinded by something, and Abdul steered us back. He listened to us the first time we met, and he grounded us. He found us our perfect home: he submitted our offer, attended the nearly 3 hours inspection because we couldn’t make it (and was attentive through out), read our strata, contacted our mortgage broker, steered us to what to include in insurance, JUST EVERYTHING. Whenever we tell other people about our experience, they are shocked. He went above and beyond and talked to the seller’s real estate agent, negotiated fixing things, painting, changing the carpeting and blinds, and got them to hire a plumber to fix all the things our inspector had on the report. Honestly, to Abdul, he’s not just helping us buy a house… he’s investing with us to buy our home – and that’s rare and personal. He listens, understands, and is patient. We asked anything we needed and wanted, and Abdul listened and responded. He was incredibly responsive to all our needs. I am so grateful that he was the one we started with and ended with. He is already referred by us to all our close friends and loved ones. I am not writing this review as anything other than a gracious and appreciative first-time homebuyer with anxiety and, often, suffering from buyer’s remorse (especially with large purchases, such as nearly all our life’s savings!). Not once did I feel insecure about this whole process. I highly recommend Abdul Zareh. If you knew me, you would take my word for it – it’s a high standard.
