Over the past handful of years we have had Decastris Electronics out to check for Xplornet signals. Every time we have been turned down. Signal wasn't strong enough or couldn't pick up existing towers. Marco was adamant that he didn't want to install it if it was just going to be going out intermittently.As usual, I call annually and check. This year there had been upgrades to towers and panels so I was hopeful. He came out, signal was great and installed the equipment clean and professionally. Took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all worked. 100% recommend. Honest, professional and helpful. Thank you.

After several unsuccessful calls to install our Starlink internet on the roof, we finally reached out to Belleville and contacted DeCastris Electronics. From the moment Nathan answered the phone to the finale of installing the roof mount, our experience has been nothing but informative, pleasant and reassuring. Would recommend their services with ten star grading!

Ben who was the technician that attended to our service call was super efficient and was very courteous and respectful. He arrived on time and quickly worked what was wrong which ended up being something completely different to what was initially suspected. He worked quickly and efficiently.Nathan who booked the service call in for me, provided a lot of great advice and made sure we got the first opportunity available to get a technician out to us the same day we made contact which was very impressive.I'm very grateful to both these guys for helping us sort things out. - Great work guys!

We have had DeCastris out to our location to look after Xplornet internet issues a few times in the past 10 years. The best part about this company is not only do they look after the problem, but they take the time to explain what the issues were and how they fixed them. We have dealt with a few internet installation companies over the past 25 years living in the country and DeCastris Electronics is the best one out there hands down.

I just purchased a country property for the first time and understanding internet service outside a city was confusing to say the least. Based on other reviews i called DeCastris Electronics. The person explained all the reasons why xplorenet probably wouldnt work well for my location, explained what my best options were and even invited me to call back if i needed more assistance. What a gem in the midst of a frustrating search for internet. Highly recommend the integrity of this company.
