I have called Pacific Star a few times for small jobs in my home including electrical installation for my kitchen lights, cabinet lighting and a ceiling fan for the master bedroom. Landon exceeded my expectations with his amazing customer service and detail of work. I would highly recommend them for great service at a reasonable price.

We needed to get our new AC unit connected and some old electrical wires removed. Andrew was excellent and very good at his job. Everything he said he was going to do was completed on time and with zero issues. More so, Andrew was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Excellent service and more importantly, great employee that represents his company well and treating us like a our business really matters. Ask for Andrew if you need any work done.

We contacted Pacific Star Electric for a quote on some renovations and additions to the electrical system of the home we purchased in Maple Ridge. The quote was a fair price, the job scheduled quickly, and work was done as promised, and slightly faster than originally expected, and any debris was picked up and taken away. We subsequently had them back for some service work, and now have used them for some electrical changes at a business we manage. All the work has been done well, at a fair price, and at the time they promised.Thanks for the good service, and would definitely recommend Pacific Star Electric to others.

After firing my previous contractor, Mike and Pacific Star were such a relief from the stress and anxiety I had gone through previously. Mike arrived exactly on time, evaluated the problem, sourced the replacement parts for what is an older fixture, and had everything working perfectly in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Really pleased with the 5-star work done by Andrew! He was professional, courteous, friendly, and did great quality work. Took the time to explain everything that was being done in clear terms and the work was done very cleanly.While the reception/office staff was friendly, I'm not as pleased with their responsiveness. After having someone come out to do an initial quote, I had to call several times to get the actual written quote sent to me, as I couldn't book an appointment until I'd received it. I was also told the permits and receipt would be sent to me by the office via email after the work was complete, and I still have yet to receive them.That said, I would likely still use Pacific Star again as their electricians are fantastic, which is what I am really looking for. I'd just like to make fewer calls to their office for paperwork!

Pleasure to work with Pacific Star Electric. From the moment I called and spoke to Leah, had Jeff come out for a site visit, to the installation of a new panel and various other electrical work done by Mike and his apprentice (sorry I can't remember his name), it truly was a pleasure to work with this company. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We will definitely use them again for any electrical issues we have in our home and will use them professionally for our buildings throughout the Lower Mainland moving forward.
