Really great experience coming for our family photo. The photographer really knows what he's doing. He was corteous, friendly and caring for our baby boy. I highly recommend their service as a whole!

If you're looking for professionalism and professional work, do not come here. If you want to take passport photos, adventuredome photoshoot vacation or something, then this place will suffice.

I have used photos unlimited many times of the last 6 years and it was always good but my latest experience has me to never go back. I booked an outdoor session through the Hwy. 27 location in Vaughan. I had to reschedule it once (originally booked for July) due to a family death. Between the time of my session in August and the time to view my photos the the following week the location at Hwy. 27 closed inside Walmart. So I had a phone call and was told to go to the concord location to finalize my order. My session was August 18th. So far, they cannot find my photos. Today is October 1st. They are LOST! Their system doesn’t even show I did the shoot even though I have proof of my photo shoot. I had to keep going by or calling to even get an update. No one called me on their own accord to keep me posted. I had to make those calls and am trying to demand a top manager to call me. I’m terribly upset. I keep being told ‘sorry. But We can book you again ‘.But this doesn’t fix the problem. I don’t want to do it again. How does a major company lose photos? I have absolutely no confidence in them not doing this again and I have no desire to reshoot. I want the photos from that day. It is very difficult to organize my family together and my kids have sensory struggles. Reshooting is not something I want to do. I also know how beautiful the photos were as the photographer showed us a few on his camera.I want the photos located. And that would be the only thing that would make me even consider coming back to their business. Otherwise All future family photos will be going through another company.You’ve lost my business ‘Photos unlimited’ and I will not be recommending you to my friends or family.

I had a wonderful experience at the Aurora location. The photographer was very friendly and great with the kids. We were very happy with the finished portraits as well. We'll definitely go back again.

I really wanted to capture beautiful photos of my little family without any issues. Our experience was great! I don’t know the name of the person who assisted us and took pictures of us.. but he was great! Can’t wait to do another session at this place! It was our 6th Anniversary and our baby completed his 6 months so it was like meant to be. We got so many compliments and I just want to watch our pictures again and again! Thank you so much!!!

Quick, friendly and professional. Photographer was Melissa and she was a model employee. Got my passport photo taken, printed and cut in under 5 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend going.

I got my session done at this studio amd melissa did a wonderful job! Super friendly with an amazing personality. Highly recommend her as your photographer.

I dropped by for a passport photo in the afternoon. The place was not busy and I got my photo taken and pictures within 15mins. However they charge double what most others charge for the same service. Walmart photo center charges $12.97 compared to $30.

So I live in the west end of the city I just happened to be in the area so I decided to get my passport photo done here. Young teen male was there and from what I can tell has no experience whatsoever. Got my photos he ensured me it would be good but if it does get rejected to come back and they will do it again. I brought up that both photos were not the same size as well as the dimensions of the head are wrong. He ensured me it would be fine. So I went into the passport office waited an hour only to be turned away because the photo was too big. I called several times to speak to a manager and to have them call me but never returned my calls. I even tried to call the corporate office but the voicemail is always full I assume there are many complaints. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING DONE

Had an amazing experience there!! The manager Kamran is an absolute gentleman. He was so courteous and kind with our family. He is an amazing photographer and really knows what he is doing. Would totally recommend this location!!
