TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Claire Lu was very lovely and helpful I was not having such a great day but her smile and beautiful energy cheered me up. Claire was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the lineup moved quickly. overall todays banking was a great experience. I am considering moving my home Branch to this location all the staff were very friendly lots of smiles and positive energy. Great job TD

Much appreciation for the beautiful lady, the manager of customer experience, Tracy Fremis. My TD account was unable to proceed EMT transfer and this situation was not happening prior as I know. I would thank for her professionalism and patience of problem solving. After few times of failing to find out causes, she kept giving different ways of trying. As a customer, I am truly touched by this great experience.

TD had me running all over Richmond Hill today trying to do banking for myself and my very ill friend. What's up with locking down all your ATM's and only having a sign on the door that essentially says Go elsewhere"?! After going to 4 machines

Put more staff. It’s not acceptable to wait 40 min to do simple banking!!!!!

Super slow service. Only 1 teller open during 5:15pm on a weekday. Wait time is pretty long.There are 2 ATM but the task I need to perform cannot be done at the ATM.Place is clean with clear signs for social distancing.Ample of parking.

This TD Canada Trust offers spacious accommodation for your overnight hobo homeless needs. If you are destitute, come on down for free overnight housing.If you want to use the ATM, this is not a bank, it's a homeless shelter. Come back when there is no money in your account and it's raining on your furniture

What’s the point of having ATMs when you lock the door and says ATMs are only available during branch hours??? This is so frustrating and not convenient at all!!!! Most people wants to get quick cash are usually off hour!!! Btw I was there in Sunday afternoon….

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 4 mistakes in a single day, over $1000+ of money that would’ve been wrongly taken from me if I didn’t double check transaction amounts. Went in with wedding gifts in the form of cheques and 1 was deposited wrong ($25 instead of $250) and the teller tried to fight me on it before she realized it was her fault, 1 wasn’t deposited at all ($500) and another teller tried to take it from me claiming she had already put it through (when she later confirmed she didn’t after me persisting), and my husbands new card to our new joint account turned out to be expired and the financial advisor didn’t remember to help him set up a pin. We were waiting there for 3 hours total by the end of it, not to mention we were taken in half an hour late to our appointment. Then after all of those headaches I log into my account today and one of the cheques that I deposited was deducted from my account ($400). Thankfully I write everything down and know exactly who they’re from and each amount and the total of all cheques, so I know it’s a mistake on their end. I call TD 24 hour line and the representative said it is yet again another mistake from this branch and I have to go in to resolve it. So now I have to waste more of my time fixing mistakes I didn’t make. I will be switching all of my accounts over to another bank ASAP after this horrible experience is dealt with. Not to mention I was given major attitude by multiple employees for their wrongdoings. So beyond disappointed.

The most inconvenient bank. They have a separate vestibule for the ATM. The employee locks it as soon as I get there while someone else is using it. She tells me she just did that for her!!If you're closed why are you picking and choosing who you let use the ATM?Shouldn't your rules apply to everyone?Also, why is the vestibule being locked now? It's separate from the rest of the bank.Sick of TD's poor and inconsistent service.
