Stopped here for a quick bite feel like the food was just ok, think it was some hot honey or something that tasted like medicine the other flavours weren’t that great, it’s been a while since I’ve been to a St. Louis and I realize why I stick to certain places for wings. 3/5

We visited St Louis on Tuesday May 30th, our server was kind, and very sweet. However the service sucked! All the servers are quite young and at Louis was DEAD, I think 3 other tables were there between indoor and outdoor. There’s no excuse as to why we couldn’t even get ketchup… our wings came out COLD. Again- it was a wait to tell somebody. They waitress did take the wings back and probably microwaved them and brought it back. The taste of the chicken was weird… and it’s just not a quality enjoyable place to be at anymore. 0/5 in my honest opinion. Could be this location but 5+ years ago this place would be jam packed , but you can tell it’s not me alone.

I ordered my son the chicken quesadilla but I was given a burnt something upsetting when you spend your money and get garbage. How can a cook pack that and think it's ok?

They have great wings, fries and Caesar. They don’t offer anymore sweet potato fries and that’s fine. Flavors I like for wings: original mild, Buffalo spicy, Louis 92.

I was having a horrible night yesterday and our server was able to totally turn it around without even trying! She was so nice and easy going! I don’t normally enjoy going to St. Louis but I will definitely be back to this specific location just for the amazing service. Thanks again to the server/bartender with the wicked tattoos!

Went out with our kids for dinner. We all loved our food. The portions are good sized and prices are great. The food looked and tasted good. As complaints the calamari was very oily and the brownies weren't the greatest. The service was amazing. Our server Ashvinia took time to explain the menu to us and served us with a smile. Overall great experience.

Went in expecting the good service we have had in the past and were sadly disappointed. We ordered 2 items as soon as we came in because we had our son with us and wanted to get his dinner going first. The appetizer(cold and soggy) and the order for my child took almost 40mins to arrive, my husband had to take my son across the street to get a burger from McDonalds. No explanation given until we had to call upon our waitress to order our entree. When our entree came out it was wrong(later corrected after we pointed it out) i had requested a substitute which i was brought to believe was of no extra charge but later found out i was billed extra for. Ordered a pepsi which was also not brought to me and we had to remind the waitress of it about 5mins later. I would understand if it was crazy busy but multiple times we saw our waitress simply chatting with the table next to us for atleast a couple of mins while she never came to our table to even ask us if we wanted anything or how the meal was. With our experience i can only come to a belief that the waitress had forgotten to put in our initial order and only remembered later, which is quiet unacceptable. Not happy and very disappointed.

Wing Special is a good deal but a bit misleading. Servers could use a bit more product knowledge and training but that is expected with a mostly college/Uni Staff. Still worth a visit on special nights.

We always love coming to St. Louis over the years. Great wings and brews. The prices have gotten a little high but the wings are still great. All you can eat wings are worth it if you can est at least 2 pounds considering a pound is like $17 now. And still hands down the best fries and dill dip anywhere.
