Super disappointed by the customer service here. Our brand new furnace broke after a week which resulted in smoke coming through the ducts and the fire department having to be called in the middle of the night. While initially somewhat helpful in trying to figure out the next steps in an already frustrating situation, my phone calls and messages have since been ignored by the staff here.
