In 2020 I hired Klos Concepts to supply/install the electrical work for two new houses I built in Leslieville. It was a very good experience and I can recommend Klos without reservation. Their staff is very professional, well informed, punctual and a pleasure to work with. The lead electrician on my project, Kevin Robinson, was particularly excellent.

From the initial consultation with Karl to the work carried out by Robyn, Frederik, Robert and the rest of the team we were so impressed with the professional services supplied. These electricians are meticulous, extremely thorough and cleaned up every day. Very personable and thoroughly professional team. Highly recommend this company.

Great company to do business with! Had the team install custom pendants above my island and in my bedroom (needed to be totally wired as I had no light fixture) and they were great.Team of 4 got it done in one day and left the place clean at 5pm as expected.Very happy with job and will be recommending/using them again!

During the last several months Klos Concepts Ltd. did electrical work at my house on three occasions. In each instance they gave good advice on the separate issues and were then prompt and thorough in attending to the various jobs, and always at very fair cost. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. You could not ask for better service than what they provide.Further to the above, this past month I was finally driven by the insurance company to have the knob & tube wiring removed from my 130 year old house. Again I called in Klos Concepts Ltd to do the job and was again much pleased with their work and the reasonable cost. They were able to get the job done in half the time expected and with much less disturbance to the walls than what I was anticipating. It is clear that these people genuinely like using their skills in creative and efficient ways to give a quality outcome.

I hired Karl and his team to install a heavy chandelier in a tricky spot.The last electrician we had at the house said it couldn't be done, but the Klos Concepts team was not afraid and got the job done perfectly, without having to make compromises. My clients are super happy! I will hire these guys again in an instant!

Klos has done several projects for us and we keep coming back because of the quality and service. Our latest project required pulling new wire through the house so we could have outlets installed for our Toto toilets. They figured out how to do this as efficiently as possible to minimize wall repair work for us. The cost was reasonable and the team are so personable I enjoyed having them in my home. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough amazing things about Karl and his entire team at Klos Concepts! We originally wanted to just upgrade the lighting in our condo, but had no idea where to start. Karl came in with great idea's and walked us through all of our options. We were provided with a very detailed quote that was easy to understand and follow. We were undergoing multiple renovations at the time, but we didn't have to worry one bit, because the communication with Karl and his team exceeded our expectations!We had old existing pot-lights covered up, and had the team install strip lighting above and below our kitchen cabinets. In our office we removed our existing pot lights and had new pot lights installed in a better location to enhance the look and feel of the office (which was a suggestion by Karl). We also had wall washers installed specifically for large pieces of art we planned to hang on our walls. We also had the team install gorgeous LED strip lighting that is flush with the ceiling above our island in the shape of a rectangle, which we didn't even know was possible! Whenever anyone comes over now, they comment on the lighting and ask who our electrician is!We are so blown away with how amazing everything looks, that we are already planning more electrical upgrades throughout the rest of our condo with Karl and his team!!!

We had Klos update our wiring (knob and tube), update our panel, install pot lights throughout the house, and increase/move plug throughout the house.There were four things that stood out. 1. Robyn and the team were a pleasure to have in our house. Courteous, professional, and quick. Also came back without charge to check a couple of things/questions (within 24 hours of our email). 2. They meet their quotes with pin point accuracy. No surprises. 3. Good pricing. Not the cheapest, but at market and the work gets done well. 4. Flexible. We had other people into paint and finish floors at the same time and Klos were flexible for changing where they were working to accommodate other people.Totally recommend.
