I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this nail salon. Every time I come here I end up with the nicest and most perfect nails. Kim is one of my favourites and goes above and beyond to help you feel happy about your nails. The staff is so kind and friendly. I recommend booking ahead of time on their website as they get VERY busy and you would either need to wait quite a while for a walk in or not even get seen that day. I also would recommend bringing cash or debit as they do not accept credit card. They are also very attentive and particular about your nails and are committed to making them beautiful so carve out a nice hour or so out of your day and expect perfection.

I recently tried this salon for manicure and I have to say, I'm impressed! They were very clean and organized, which is always a plus in my book. The colour were absolutely gorgeous - I chose the perfect mix of pink and orange that's perfect for the spring and summer months. The finish was shiny and smooth, and I didn't experience any chipping or peeling for at least 3 weeks. Overall, I highly recommend them.

The last two times I have been in the service has been amazing. They take their time, ask you if the polish you choose is okay and if the shape of your nail is good, they take their time and have a conversation with you. It is a very welcoming and appreciated in the environment. The place is well kept together and very clean. I have recommended this place to all my friends and will be coming back very often.

Came to do my nails for my wedding and Kim was just perfect! I asked her to do a design I saw she did before and it turned out beautifully. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. The second day I accidentally dented my toe nail and they fixed it for me so quickly! I'm definitely coming back here, the staff is so kind and sweet and really try to make you feel good.

Had good experiences for the first couple of visits. But they ruined it for the last 2.Had one of the girls working on filling bio gel on my hands. Even though she did not ask me what length/shape I wanted. I told her that I want round shape and short length. She nodded her head. She started putting too much gel on my nails and I told her I do not want my nails to be thick. She nodded again. Long story short, I ended up with pointy nails and bulked up gel on my nails even stuck to my fingers. Called back the day after and was told to go in to get it fixed. Booked time off from work, went in. New girl started re shaping my nails with the colour on and completely ignored that the gel underneath it is messed up. With the poor communication I asked them to charge me for a colour change and fix my nails properly paid $30+ tip on top of the initial $55. 4 days after 5 of my nails started chipping. Called after the long weekend again to get them fixed went in and the staff told me it’s better to do a fill on all my nails. Manager came and even though 5 of my nails should have been fixed for free, he said they are going to charge me full price if I want to fill all my fingers ($140 total in a week!) I nicely explained that this is not an acceptable customer service and even if you are all about the money… you should charge me half since half of my fingers are being fixed for free. It seemed that he’d taken the feedback. He asked for another chance to go back to their store for my nails and offered me a discount which I refused to take and said all I want is for you to take the feedback.About 2 weeks after called in and booked an appointment with Kim (the owner). Got there 10 min in advance. I was told to leave and come back in 2 hours because Kim was double booked. They did not call the other client who was not there at the time to reschedule and wanted me to come back later. Totally insulting behaviour. Since I was already there I asked for another girl.Hanna did a good job on my nails.I had always taken cash to this store. When I was paying with credit this time they told me they either take cash or debit. All I had with me was a single credit card. I offered to e-transfer and they said no. I told them I live 5 min away. I can go and come back with debit. They refused again accusing me of stealing $55 since someone had already done it to them. They eventually asked me to leave my phone as a guarantee that I will come back. Felt as if I have committed a crime and am in the police station. With a lot of back and forth and calls to the owner I ended up e transferring to the owner. I showed the confirmation screen to the staff and they still kept me to call the owner to confirm he has received it.Very poor management during a difficult situation. Insulting behaviour. No respect for client’s time. Wrong expectation of clients to call out the technical errors of their technicians. 0 ownership of errors and mistakes. Extremely money driven instead of delivering good service to drive the money.

This is my 3rd time at this salon and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I got a mani-pedi with some nail art and Hannah did such an amazing job. She looked at my inspo and made sure to let me know how it would look on me. She paid great attention to detail and was very patient and meticulous with me. I really appreciated her hard work and great service! Will be making this salon my regular spot now! Thank you, Hannah!

Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been too!! All the staff are so nice and welcoming. Lily is who does my nails and she is amazing. She does every design u can think of! I definitely recommend coming here if you want the perfect nails!

Came here for the first time the other day and they did a great job, the only thing I was shocked by was that they charged me an additional $20 for airbrush nails. I’ve been to multiply places that has never charged for this service, I also feel like $20 was a lot for this.
