Walmart Supercentre

Very clean, produce and meat really fresh, compared to other Walmarts I have shopped at. Unfortunately the cosmetic department is always half empty n I have to go elsewhere to get what I need.Wish the meat department had more variety. I love the bakery and deli department. The man who works in the dairy department is super friendly n helpful most of the other staff are NOT. I shop there often just a few minor adjustments and this would be my favorite Walmart. 1st pls start with staff to be friendly, they make u feel like u r bothering them when u ask where items are, one staff gave me the wrong location. I found it myself.If they would have helped I would spend more money instead of getting frustrated n going elsewhere for certain items.

The worst ever customer service.... If you don't have receipts you cannot return the products, u either need to remember the exact time date and the amount when the product was bought.... Or keep the product with you... This was never the case before, a store credit was always provided for Walmart store and if brought from the same store.The Manager probably has to learn more manners to talk before he is promoted to manager.Customers please keep ur receipts or keep ur brain cells active always

Siva, please learn how to be kind and talk nicely. You are in customer service and you don’t have basic skills to talk to a human. I have talked to your supervisor and hope it would save other people from the rudeness that you showed to us. I wasn’t at any fault and I am still figuring out what was your reason to talk to me like this? I know customer service is not easy and you can’t be smiling all day but you are not supposed to yell, swear and scream at customers. I hope Alisha take an action on this.

How is this not a fire hazard?!?!? If there was an emergency and people had to exit quickly there would be a serious issue here! All exits are like this where you have to either go through a cashier line to get out. Not only inconvenient but dangerous to not have a proper exit at the door. Further made worse that they are locked to exit out. Do better Walmart!

At the upper level parking lot, there are three spaces for accessible parking and 10 spaces for grocery pickup. The crossing from the accessible parking to the main doors is at a traffic-heavy three-way stop. There ARE NO shopping scooters for disabled customers. They have all but phased out cashiers. Very difficult when you are disabled WITHOUT a scooter. The messahe is clear: the disabled are NOT served at this location.

Ordered online at McDonald’s, special price promo for large fries. Free coffee from rewards. Staff is amazing, shift manager Michael is hands on and friendly, with a great sense of humour and gratitude. Well run place, clean tables are available in spite of high traffic. Kudos to Michael and his team.

I called today before 3 pm - probably around 2:45 pm.Someone answered (after about 30 rings) and immediately put me on hold - without saying anything.Roughly 30 minutes later, a woman answered. I told her I'd already been on hold for 30 minutes and that the person who'd put me on hold hadn't even said anything when they answered the phone.She said that she had just gotten there.I asked whether they had women's bathing suits out yet.She told me to hold a minute and back on hold I went!It is now 4:11 pm and I am still on hold, listening to that same annoying music.If and when someone does acknowledge my call again, I'm asking to speak with the store Manager this time.What pathetic customer service!!

Most Walmarts are pretty much the same, with the same offerings. This one has two floors and entrances from outside or in the mall. Definitely a busy location that seemed fairly clean. One thing I noticed was that the lighting on the lower floor was terrible in a lot of the areas. Walmart customer service is never very proactive so I can’t say I was surprised or disappointed. It’s what I’m used to from them. Food is located on the lower floor and they have a decent produce selection. Again aisles are darkly lit and not real organized. You save money with slightly lower prices but the environment is not a great experience. Walmart is usually my choice for bargain chocolate, greeting cards, and less costly toiletries. They are the go to for Halloween, Valentines and seasonal candy. Couldn’t do my grocery shopping here too crowded and disorganized.

Great location by town center..lots of parking .Staff Great out there helping out ..It also has grocery and key making vending machineThey have made some new self checkout which makes life easier now
