Everyone from the front end to the installers have me given great service. I had laminate and quartz products installed in my home and I had the utmost professional experience.

I’ve had Colonial install my two bathroom countertops and most recently my kitchen countertop. They are a dream to work with. Very efficient. I was so pleased with the suggestion of extending the countertop in both my kitchen and my bathroom. It made all the difference. I had purchased a sink that was too wide for the kitchen countertop. The installers made arrangements for me to pick up a smaller sink of the same make and not only saved me some money, they waited for me to get back with it to finish the install. You don’t forget service like that. I highly recommend them for your next countertop purchase. Very efficient with old school customer service and the product is top notch.

I would highly recommend Colonial Countertops to anyone shopping around for a new countertop. Even if you find a cheaper price this is worth it. They do it right the first time with good quality. My kitchen renovation has been a nightmare and they were a bright light in all of it. They were professional, Courteous and compassionate. The sink I had ordered was too big. They assisted me in obtaining a new one that would work in a matter of minutes so that I would not be overwhelmed by yet another thing going wrong. We're just finishing up some major renovations and Colonial supplied the gorgeous new quartz countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. We were impressed from start to finish with everyone we spoke to at the office and with all the people who came to our home. Months ago Jay gave us an install date and it happened on that VERY day, with no excuses or delays. Steve & Dylan's installation was magnificent for both the countertops and the undermount sinks! The two gents answered all our questions in a friendly & knowledgeable fashion & did a superb job of cleaning up after themselves. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this high-performance, customer-pleasing business!

Great place for laminate countertops. I remodeled a bathroom and just needed a 41 wide countertop for it

We purchased countertops and paid for installation with Colonial. I was told that they do not re plumb* the sinks and that installationwould take 3-4 hours so I made sure everyone of the house so the installers could work. They came, were there for under an hour, left the sinks lying on the ground and left a mess of sawdust and water. When I called Colonial afterwards, the person I spoke with was extremely dismissive and quite rude in my opinion. I think that, as a service provider, it’s a company’s job to set clear expectations and I don’t feel that was done here (I wasn’t aware that they wouldn’t even place the sinks back in the cutout and that it was the plumber who would need to re caulk etc, if I had been told that I would have made those arrangements). I also don’t think it is professional to leave a mess for your clients to deal with. Overall a disappointing experience.

Rob installed my counter tops February 11, 2022. He was great. The counter tops look awesome, I am SO happy. I had gone to a few places where I was told I would have to demo my backsplash and have seams in the laminate. Rob said no way! He was professional, quick and left the place squeaky clean (which I'm coming to realize is not all that common with contractors...). Highly recommend Colonial Nanaimo!

The counters in our kitchen and laundry room downstairs look amazing! Mike and Alyssa were friendly, professional and arrived on time (early actually). Great service from ordering the counters that we wanted, to onsite measurements to installation. Would 100% recommend Colonial Countertops!
