Rittenhouse Place

Thank you for allowing me to stay with you for these last couple of years. It's been a great place to live in and was my very first experience living alone. For my first ever apartment this was the best experience I've had compared to many of my other friends living in other apartments. I had absolutely no issues here at all in the two years I lived here.Everyone I met was very nice and enjoyable to talk with. I worked very different hours to your average person. I worked 3pm-11pm and I never had issues with noises or anything like that.The Rittenhouse management are very easy to talk with and they will accommodate to your time schedule. I had inspections that needed completed and once I asked them if they could do these between noon-2pm, they were able to accommodate my needs. My sleeping schedule was very different to many others and I appreciated them understanding this.All yearly safety inspection checks in the building were made which made me feel much safer. Only way to access the building is through the fob key which I really enjoy as its much better using a fob key than an actual key. Overall just quicker, easier to access and if you didn't have one you couldn't enter the building unless someone or management let you in.While living here I ordered a lot of packages online. During this time I didn't have a single one stolen. Many of my friends who live in other areas in Kitchener/Waterloo have packages stolen all the time. So if your someone like me who orders a lot online, this place could be for you.Overall, I had a very good experience here and I enjoyed every moment. I hope this helps someone in choosing to live here as I found it to be a great place.
