I buy a luxury vinyl flooring from calgary carpet empire they installed it too but with in two months vinyl plank get loose. Now there is spaces between the joints due to joint locks broken. It is under warranty so i call them and make the complain but did not get response than i go to the shop and show them the pictures they said we make ur complaint to the manufacturer and some one will contact you but its almost two months now i did not hear any thing from them.

Went in to pick carpet for 4 rooms in our house and was given the absolute run around by their useless sales associate. He never returned any phone calls and never even bothered to accommodate our colour choices. So odd because they just lost a $6000 job. Total waste of time.

Overall happy with my purchase from Carpet Empire. Price was competitive as compared to other places and the job was completed as scheduled. There were minor issues after installation but they sent someone again and fixed the issue. I had to call/text a few times to ensure someone was coming to fix the issue but they did take care of the issue at the end of the day. Consult and book with them in advance and follow up if you have any issues but they will take care of the issues!

Have purchased tile from here, Gurdeep was great in helping us out. Very good prices, nice thing is they have instock or can order in a week. Having purchased over a month ago, when I came back, Gurdeep still remembered my name - that added touch, great customer service and good prices is why I would go back.

Selection was alright, prices were decent very similar to other stores. However, when I asked the owner for an estimate on how much it’ll be for installation for luxury vinyl plank he said they’ll send someone to my place in the evening or the next morning to measure. Took my phone number, address and everything. No one showed up, no phone calls, no follow ups. It’s been a week. Ridiculous customer service. They clearly only value clients that want thousands of sqft. Anyone else is just too small of a job for them I guess.

Very happy with the flooring and service from Calgary Carpet Empire. I wanted to put new floor over my old tile in my bathroom (without ripping it up and putting down a new sub-floor), but I was concerned that the tile underneath would imprint or transfer to the vinyl on top. Sukhi recommended some very easy to install vinyl flooring that had a guarantee right on the box that tile would not show through. The floor was so easy to install, we only needed a box cutter (olfa) knife. It clicks together, is waterproof, and looks so good. Thank you! I will be back for my next flooring project.
