Huge can find anything in here. Need more attentive staff. You will wonder and encounter employees but no help offered, you have to walk to the front and ask, then wait. Very cool kicks and great hockey, soccer, baseball gear. Also my husband mentioned once he received help it was really good.

Went here to shop for bats and was there for over half an hour without getting any form of service. Not even as little as a greeting from any of the 10+ employees working. The only employee that came to talk to me was a girl to tell me that they were closing shortly and then she left without helping. Asked to price match a couple of bats which they said they would but then after telling them what the competitor was selling them for and offering to show them on their website, they refused and made excuses. One of the bats was a 4 year old bat with two old clearance stickers that were partially removed. This store clearly doesn’t care about making or keeping business and I’m honestly surprised they manage to even get business. They completely lack customer service skills and the store presentation is horrendous. It feels like walking through someone’s dirty, old, musty, dusty garage. Things are thrown everywhere in the wrong places with no proper labelling or pricing, they cover old clearance tags with full price stickers, and lots of their ‘new’ equipment is beaten and scratched up. Would highly recommend going somewhere else where they are friendly and provideactual customer service. Don’t waste your time here

Walked in based on a previous review.Asked where I could find soccer cleats, easily directed to the soccer section.Pick one off the wall I liked, and buddy brought back an extra a 1/2 size up.Good call. The size 8 was too tight. 8 1/2 done n done.Fast, good service, and a reasonable price.

I couldn’t find a decent soccer shop anywhere in the city. I tried this place out and was blown away. Usually soccer is an afterthought in general sports stores, not this place.They had an insane selection of jerseys, tons of cleats, socks, etcWill definitely be back.

Retailers are free to set their return policies as they see fit. No one size fits all. I accept that however, most stores offer refund, return & exchange or gift card policies because they want customers to return and spend their money. Keeping customers happy to know they can return a product hassle free is a big deal for consumers. Even Value Village will offer exchange as long as it's same day! As noted previously, this company doesn't care about keeping the customer happy enough to return and spend more money. Logical common sense?Wow! The owner is a real gem! He removed my negative post. Rather than deal with the issue, he has contempt for us all. He knows people have short memories. Out of sight, out of mind he says! Don't worry, I'll keep reminding them Gerald. Based on past posts I'd say you've rarely if ever followed through on your word? You remind me of Harold Ballard. He wouldn't spend a dime to improve his beloved Maple Leafs.The owners response to my post is eerily similar to most of the 1 star posts I've read. They're glib (insincere lack of concern) and borderline patronizing. This company likely makes plenty of money. They don't have to concern themselves with the small percent of complaints. They essentially pay lip service, and I quote could you give us more info in order to correct the problem" Well I responded by stating

Massive selection, very helpful and friendly staff. I specifically went looking for running shoes and they had a wide range at better-than-online pricing.Reason for 4 star instead of 5:The parking lot is a pothole nightmare, and ultimately they didn't have my shoe size in the shoes I wished to purchase.Would shop here again.

We were incredibly pleased with the customer service we received from Steven, yesterday. His product knowledge and professionalism were top notch. He helped both myself and my four year old choose the best size, and style of skates and took the time to make sure we left happy with our well informed decision. I hope this reaches his managers/the owner and hope they are aware of the absolute asset he is to the business. Great to see a young professional taking so much pride in his job. Best place to shop for all your sporting needs. Went to shop for snowboard boots, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Prices are unbeatable, walked out with a helmet as well which was on sale.

Great selection of gear, went for new keeper gloves for my kid and ended up with new cleats and shin guards along with the gloves. Staff everywhere so it's no problem finding someone to help you out.
