We had a Series 3 Water Furnace Geothermal furnace installed 18 months ago to replace our aging system, and system has performed flawlessly.Recently, while on vacation, I received a notification from our Symphony monitoring system that the system had shut down, stating the error codes, and that the emergency heating system was engaged. I contacted Josh Cordes, who responded very quickly with assistance from a neighbor of ours. Josh determined the fault to be related to our water supply (no water), hence the shutdown. We made arrangements to resolve this same day, and Josh returned before end of day to reset the furnace.Thanks very much to Josh Cordes ( as well as Don Davidson of Davidson Plumbing), for a very timely resolution. We are very satisfied with Cordes Enterprises and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC solutions.

We had a client that purchased a property and the A/C was not working properly on closing. We had Josh come out to check it out. He diagnosed what was wrong and had it replaced and worked quickly. Was very happy with the quality of work and price. Would definitely use them again. Has a ton of knowledge and experience.

Would have to call and text over 7 times to get a response as he was the tech who install my whole system and ialways want to use the same tech bit lately is just poor wait 2 weeks to issue bill and puts it as pay now I understand it's a stressful time of the year but I guess we will have to find someone is little bit faster as it feels like -7 outside and have no heat calling other techs and companies I wish to all the best josh happy holidays

Our central air unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year so far, and on a Friday night to boot. Josh responded promptly to our distress call and had us up and running again in no time at all. He even checked our air exchanger intake while he was there and cleaned it for us! I highly recommend Cordes Enterprise.

We have a geo furnace that is tied into our water heater, and the water heater failed a day before our scheduled vacation. Josh Cordes rearranged his schedule to fit us in and replace & replumb the water heater. The fact that he would do that for us is impressive to say the least! Also, his work is top quality - very professional and meticulous AND his pricing was very fair - no taking advantage of the situation.
