Just visited today for printing one page, waited for at least 10 minutes and once I printed that one page, he said 1.5$ and when I paid he entered 2$. I didn’t say anything as the money isn’t that important but felt he is very bad guy with zero customer service and also the shop stinks badly. I will never go there again!Shame!

Got 3 documents scanned and somehow ended up paying around $18. This guys is a scam artist. Absolutely no mention of pricing before the service was rendered (not posted clearly anywhere either). Learnt my lesson and went to the nearest Toronto library to scan for free. Somehow given the location, I think he's able to survive on one-time customers.

Very very expensive service. Only looking to get money out from you. Charged me $45 for 8 passport photos. Crazy price. Also the photo quality was the worst.

I'm not sure how Fedex authorized that location? Been there couple of times, piles of papers, parcels and other junk everywhere, nobody missed parcel?. Looks like Tornado went there and nobody cleanup that place for a at lest decade. Sticky, smelly( I guess not everyone know about grooming for dogs) big dog all the time inside store, newer seen a mess like that in my life. If you are allergic to highly shedding dogs you should not go there. Simply, I do not get how can be place like that allowed to be open to the public! health hazard!

Quick and easy. I got 2 passport photos done within 5 minutes, photocopies made (very neatly done) and purchased stamps. Very satisfied with my visit.

HORRIBLE service! paid $40 to have a monitor packaged and they literally taped a DHL box and FedEx box together and shipped it out with NO packaging. there were literally 3 peanuts at the bottom of the box. The monitor was damaged in transit. No responses to numerous emails and no answer when we call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible service, unprofession - the owner or the main guy who's always there lost 3 of my packages which included an iPad and an iphone. On top of losing my belongings he didnt even try to undo his mistake all he would say is I don't know" DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!"

This business is a scammer. Avoid this store if you can.1. The owner is a scammer. He tries to push me to select the most expensive service to max his compensation and tries charge me $220 for shipping three pieces of papers to a location in Ontario. He hides the cheaper options on the screen, after I point out there are cheaper options, he refused to click on it and threatens that your packages will not be delivered and will be lost if you choose the cheaper service. After I insisted, he got mad and yelled at me sayingYOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO!!YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO!!"2. He refused to provide me with FedEx envelopes after seeing I have envelopes with me. He lied that the envelope cost $3 each

This store is authorized to provide FedEx, DHL and UPS services. The proprietor of the store is quite rude and not friendly at all. Place looks a mess and one of the shadier places I've shipped a package from. I would recommend going elsewhere. There were packages at the entrance that anyone could come and grab. I saw a package labeled Pearls Only" by the entrance. There could've been 100's of dollars worth of jewellery in there and anyone could have made off with it and the owner wouldn't be any wiser."

Would give minus 5 if I could. I sent a FedEx label to a colleague to attach to a parcel and he dropped it off Tuesday afternoon for collection. It's Friday and the tracking shows no movement. I called the store and the staff told me there is no package there as you described". He offered to look again and came back to the phone in less than a minute saying it's nowhere. Called FedEx to launch a inquiry. They called the store as well and got the same response. I called and spoke to the person who dropped it off and he rushed over to this place. Guess what's just sitting in a messy pile. My package. Really makes you wonder how often this place "misplaces" things
