Bought a black coffee here tonight. Was going to use my points for it but was made to feel rushed by the employee (I was the only person at the counter) as I was attempting to get my code off the app for it. I instead I decided to just pay. Got my coffee quickly and left. As I’m heading to my car the coffee is leaking because it was filled right to the very top of the rim. Also it was barely warm.

It was cold, assembled in a sloppy manner. I don't know what what going on with the Ketchup dispenser.Front staff member was friendly.

I used to really enjoy going to this McDonalds located in Walmart Supercentre south prior to it shutting down during the pandemic. Since it re-opened, the service has gone downhill. It looks like they have lots of new staff since they re-opened. I miss the previous staff members. They were very friendly and the service was way better.

Trash can business. Can’t understand simple English. I literally said two and they still gave me one and refused to give me two even though I would have pie for it no problem. Wouldn’t recommend going here and obviously need retraining and maybe hire people who know to listen to what you order. Brutal customer service. Will avoid from now on.

The food is typical for McDonald's, the atmosphere is fine, typical for a Walmart environment. Depending on the day , service may be slow. But I know in the end Lance got my back.

Asked a manager, was told they were open until 10, google says 11. In reality, they close up and turn off the equipment by about 930 and turn everyone away that come in to order. They've even started using the signs to barricade the the entrance at 9 so new people can't come in to order.Edit: there is a swarm of fruit Flys coming out of the Ketchup dispenser next to the drink station. The staff here are the worst. The food takes way too long from order to handing to the customer. Today the store had all the garbage cans over flowing.Also not too sure how hard it can be to make a bigmac but when you make it with 2 middle buns and toss the top bun in as a extra kinda seems like you definitely need to find something else that doesn't take too much thinking.The manager was nice and I did talk to her but the rest of the staff definitely shouldn't be working at the store heck the guy at the counter had nothing on what so ever that would show that he was a McDonald's staff member

I ordered a 10pc Nugget meal, and the guy at counter charged me for the fries. However, when I got home, there wasn't any fries in the bag. Only the nuggets. It was late, so I had to get a refund the next morning, which luckily went smoothly as the lady there was helpful. It was a single meal to go; it shouldn't have been that hard to get right.

I ordered the mcchicken meal. The fries were okay. They weren't hot but warm. The mcchicken was like a hockey puck. I'm sitting there like why am I eating this. There was a massive line up so I ate my fries threw the sandwich out. It was also very dirty at the drink station. Thumbs down
