Finally got PS5 from this store For my son. Been trying to get one since they came out. Had to drive from Brantford. I don’t know much about them and they guy there was fantastic. He helped me pick out a game for him. Ty soo much I really appreciate it.

Very rude staff- told one thing when we called before making the trip and changed their story once we arrived making the trip there worthless as we could have gone anywhere at that point. Very disappointing.

He was very helpful and willing to help me out. I'll be going back to be coming back to this location again.

Been going for years, awesome location. Please support specialized hobby stores over Walmart/Best Buy, or they won't be here anymore.

Our go to EB Games/Gamestop. This location has the nicest staff and usually has the best retail items

Has all your needs covered for any frames you want to play or add on to the ones you do play. Friendly,knowledgeable, staff greet you as you enter. Great place for you or to buy someone a gift. Highly recommend a visit.

As someone who grew up in the area of White Oaks mall, this was always my preferred EB Games location when younger. Even when the mall was within walking distance. The selection of games here seemed to be more vast, and it had a more relaxed atmosphere. After getting back into gaming after years of not being in it, I have found the same thing to be even more true of this location.The service I have gotten at this EB games is simply unparalleled. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and informative. They always tell me what’s new in the store including promotions and pre-orders but are never pushy. They are professional! Ryan always has the best advice, and the best attitude. He is the kind of employee that any business should be truly proud of!This store is ran very well. Always clean, open, and on time even on busy days like the day of a AAA title being released.It’s a treat visiting this store. A slice of nostalgia delivered better than before. Kudos to this location, they are truly doing it right.

Just be aware the staff here have broken the law. They have been involved in double ticketing. If you bring a product up with a price tag on it they will remove the lower sale price tag and charge full price, claiming the sale sticker was a mistake.As most people are aware this is against canadian law as any listed price must be honoured especially prices attached to the item that are removed at point of sale.As much as I enjoy physical copies, there are other places you can get them where they actually obey the law. I suggest anywhere else.

Good game selection and unlike other places trading in is worth it cause of this.
