Angels Heating provided prompt installation of new furnace only one day after diagnosis of problem. The technician that diagnosed the problem was exceptionally friendly and courteous and explained the problem, the installing technician was courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others

AC was installed July 2021. Wiring repair was requested. I’ve been in contact with Rena to dispatch a tech. (August 2022). Communication between customer, dispatcher/technician should be improved. It will only take seconds to call if tech has to reschedule or if service has been completed but Sarte employees don’t do that. I had to call the office multiple times to ask what’s the hold up after two re-scheduling made. Only to be given an excuse that tech attended and note was added to my “other” file. I was then advised that wiring isn’t covered as it was stolen by tenant. I then requested for a tech to provide a quote for the wiring repair (via phone and email). I was advised diagnostic fee would be charged for this request for a tech to attend which is fine. I didn’t receive any confirmation so I went with another contractor. I am so unhappy with their overall service anyway so what’s the point of using them again.Then today, sept 9th I got an invoice for diagnostic I never received a confirmation that is being done nor an estimate provided. I called their accounting dept and spoke to Matthew about my complaint. Surprisingly I was told I was the first to have expressed a complaint.I deal with multiple contractors from time to time but never had such a poor experience like with Sarte.

I went down there to get a flex hose for a gas water heater. They were in the middle of their Renovations and didn't have inventory, but told me they could have the part tomorrow and gave me a couple gas nipples for the inconvenience. Super helpful guys.

Air Quality Dunrite has been servicing our furnace and AC for many years.  In late March our gas fireplace had died. We hesitated to call for service due to the pandemic but we finally called a few weeks later in April.  The Air Quality Dunrite technician had come to service it and gave us a couple of options.  Given the unit was over 20 years we had decided to replace it.  Marcello and his team stepped in to remove the old one and replace it with the new.  From the outset, the job appeared relatively easy however as things progressed we had learned that the builder installed fireplace was well secured and not so easy to remove.  Marcello never gave up on the project.  He was diligent, positive and determined that the new fireplace would be installed without damage to the stonework and mantle which was installed just a couple of years ago.  He and Ryan worked together and achieved success just in time for us to use it on a few cool nights in early May!   Thank you to both of you!   We highly recommend this team for your fireplace installation needs.

Thanks Chris and Paul.These are the kind of guys you want working for you.Oil City Mech. replaced my son's water heater last week and mine today.Fast, friendly and clearly knowledgeable.At a decent price.Also answered my furnace and AC questions and didn't seem to mind the extra time and effort it took to get an old, unemptied heater out of the basement.Grant B.*** JAN2019 UPDATE***The water heater was done 2 years ago and works great.Last Sept I had Oil City replace my 22yr old loud, unreliable Carrier with a new Armstrong(by Lennox) furnace.The guys were here at 9 and totally cleaned up and gone by 3 including having to put in new intake and venting.It's perfect - 4 months of quiet efficiency so far. My bills seem down 20% and they weren't bad even with the old furnace.The price was great and they threw in an attached humidifier - it's making indoors this winter very comfortable.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday and we called city energy heating & Air conditioning the send technician Don come on time and find the issue very quickly and repair was done same day. Price was amazing.We highly recommend city energy.Thanks again.

Applewood completed my gas line for the new pool heater. The job was done professional, and timely. Igli,(our techncian) was great. He was very pleasant and completed the job quickly with no issues, problems or complaints. We couldn't ask for a better company to have done this job for us. We will definitely tell all our friends to use Applewood in the future.

Definitely NO STARS for this company due to the lack of respect and rudeness that I received from a manager by the name of Sean. This is not acceptable behavior when dealing with the public and I do not want anyone else to experience this. I also do not have much faith in the validity of their chimney cleaning service when the inspection done at the time of cleaning is not valid or taken into consideration.I have had Top Hat several times over the years for maintenance of our wood burning fireplace with no issues until it was cleaned this past Nov 2022.In 2006 we had the Damper replaced as it was rusted open. On the work order it was noted that the smoke rise box was also rusted. Nothing was mentioned to us at the time about the cause of the rust and how to prevent it.In 2018 we had the chimney capped upon recommendation of a roofing company to help with moisture from getting in the chimney.In 2021 we had the chimney cleaned by a technician by the name of Justin. On the work order he did not mention that the smoke box had rust. In fact he put a check mark on this item indicating that it was ok. Hand written on this work order was “Cleaned and inspected, Fireplace and Chimney. OK at this time.”Nov 2022 we had the chimney cleaned again. It took the technicians (Darian and Jay) 5 minutes to condemn my fireplace as not useable. Written on the work order was “Fireplace can not be used (not safe). The smoke shelf is gone.”So does the smoke shelf that had rust in 2006, and no rust in 2021, all of sudden is rusted out 2022 to the point where it is totally gone?So Dec 19 2022, I phoned to talk with a manager (Sean). He basically said that a cleaning is not an inspection but that “it is a complimentary inspection done with the cleaning that is not part of the cleaning”. He said that he would talk to the technicians from the last two cleanings and get back to me. He never did.Jan 26 2023, I phoned Sean and asked if he talked to the workmen as promised. He did not answer whether he talked to them. But here is our conversation:Sean said that “It (cleaning) is a complimentary inspection with the cleaning and is not really part of the cleaning”Me: “But should they have noticed the smoke shelf rusted out?”Sean: “No”Me: “They should have because it could not have rusted out totally in a year”Sean: “I will have last year’s guy call you”Me: “What is that going to do?”Sean: “What is it you want?”Me: “I want compensation for what I paid on that and this year’s cleaning”HE HUNG UP ON MEI was stunned that a manager would do that. I tried calling him back. No one was answering the phone and the prompts on their voice mail had changed so I could not reach administration. I called back again and Sean answered the phone:Me: “did you just hang up on me?”Sean: “Yes I did.”Me: “Why?”Sean: “I am busy”Me: “I am busy too”Sean: “Obviously you are not”Me: “I could go to the media about this”Sean: “oooooooooooo” ( sarcastically being scared). “Obviously you are done with us”Me: “You are a manager but you don’t have the skills of a manager”. (I hung up)My advice: never get a cleaning or maintenance of your fireplace with Top Hat!

EXTREMELY happy we went with Moe at Air Medics - very responsive, professional and friendly - quite the contrast with the last time I dealt with another HVAC company. Our furnace was giving up and Moe showed me why and provided a good quality replacement at good pricing. The new furnace was installed very quickly and we had no down time. For sure I will call Air Medics the next time we need help with our heating/cooling! Highly recommended!
