Had them install central air last year. was so happy with the service, I called them back to replace my furnace when it stopped working. They came the next day, while there was a blizzard.

Direct heating and cooling partners with UltraVac (duct cleaning) to give you a duct cleaning and furnace +a/c servicing package deal for a reduced cost. Best decision ever. Middle of the road pricing for incredible service. They charged what they quoted and were upfront about the one possible cost add on so we were prepared. I had Jordan (tech) and Darryl (owner) do the service, they were on time, incredibly friendly, answered all my questions and provided me with tid bits of advice as we have an older unit. I would recommend to anyone!

Direct Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to make sure that our furnace was taken care of when it decided to falter during some of the coldest days of the year.The tech, owner, and admin staff all provided a high level of service and made us feel very taken care of.Highly recommend!

Darrell and Jordan were excellent. They installed an additional wire so my new Nest thermostat would be compatible with my existing furnace. They also installed the new thermostat and were in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend!

Darell and his team installed a new AC and Furnace at my home in Whyte Ridge. They did an unbelievable job! Excellent workmanship. They all cared about how the jobs was done. They are competitively priced. I highly recommend them!
