Terrible customer service, self checkouts only, wanted to apply for lowes card to get 0% financing & 18 months interest free, apparently we have to do it ourselves on our phones, took almost an hour & 1/2 getting through the process & even then did not work, frustrating! Needless to say I left my 807.00 purchase sitting at the cashier and left with no intentions of giving them my business again.I get prices are cheaper, If I wanted to go through all that, I would have ordered online

As an industry professional who’s been a customer of this store since it opened, I’ve made my last trip today. The staff at this store are unfamiliar with construction and building materials. They cannot identify dimensional lumber which makes check out a very long and frustrating process. Their prices are no longer competitive, the store is dirty and disorganized, the selection and quality of their products has gone down hill. I tried to use my VIP pro card today for a 5% discount and was told they no longer accepted the Lowe’s card and I needed to have the Rona issued card. It’s clear this franchise is going though some changes, and I find this to be a universal experience at all lowes locations in the past few months.

I really want to like this store. The store itself is clean and well organized. I also think the products are reasonable priced. However, my fiancé and I have been shopping here regularly while working on renovations and staff have been consistently unhelpful nearly every time we have visited. When approaching a staff member, they almost seem as if we are inconveniencing them and interrupting the conversations amongst themselves. We have also been in to a see a V.I.P customer service rep several times and there is nearly never been an employee there to assist us. Very frustrating.

Lowe's has gone downhill since the pandemic. The garbage tools they carry, the selection and grade of lumber, I avoid this place like the plague.I just stopped in again and regretted it. Not one cashier. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. They've gone all self-checkout. And I waited half an hour in plumbing for somebody to show up. And gave up. So sad

I was today after noon there between 3-5:00 pm , 2 hours only to pick 5 small items of electrical ; It became a terrible store in customer service ; you can stand waiting for some one to help for 30 min ;Iam a customer at this store for many years and I cannot believe what I have practiced today , after I paid of 2 receipts at the contractor area with suzan and joe was there , and we been helped with the assistant manager who was at the shift; I decided to exit from different door closer to my car ; suddenly I was stopped by cashier called Sharon ; she asked me to varify that I paid the products I have which was big box of hood sealed and 5 pieces of electrical was left on top of the box ( as they donot use bags any more ) and it’s seen for every one ; I told her yes I paid and joe accidentally was walking beside me to leave his shift ( he answered her : yes she paid )And she insisted to see the receipts ; I showed to her ; but Iam wondering what is the business of a cashier to stop the customers and ask for receipts ! And she mentioned this is s system long time and I replied Iam here long time and no body ever stop any customer or me to check receipts !!She replied that the store had lots people they shop and they leave without payment !!Means the customers here are thieves!!To the management ;Do you accuse people who are regular customers and known to you , and disrespect them at your store by your cashiersI asked for Wayne to compline Sharon ; I met the manager assistant at the shift and she mentioned that the manager he left but she started to defined her back !Ppl please donot shop here hydpark store ; go for home depo they are organized and answer your questions with no matter of time ; better than to spend your money in a place doesn’t appreciate his customers and insulted them

Customer service here is awesome. I went into buy some things to help with my garden. I’m a first time Gardner, completing novice, and the staff member Fuzail not only helped me find what I went there to find. He also directed me to complimentary products to make sure that my garden would definitely make a statement with my neighbours 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10 1000% customer satisfied

I went to this location ( Hyde Park & Fanshawe Park Road, London ON))( March 01, 2023 around 8:15pm)to buy 2 smoke and carbon monoxide alarm detectors. 2 employees couldn’t find them since they said they have them in stock. One of them was a seasonal manager. There were some alarms which were placed in the wrong space. Misplaced. Reference numbers did not match with the description. I asked for the store manager (John, tall guy).He tried to find them. No solution. They do not know what they have on the top boxes. Numbers written with Sharpie.Customer Service in Lowes is precarious always. They don’t really care to provide a good service. Several times I experience the same situation.Next day I went to Home Depot.(Fanshawe Park Road & Adelaide location). Big difference. Merchandise placed correctly and organized. I bought the 2 alarms with excellent and personalized customer service. A female asian employee provided very good and professional service. I did not catch her name. She even went to the website in order to check something about the alarms. This is a big difference… it takes only a couple minutes to do the right thing which will create a lifetime impact in the customer mind….Oscar
