Cocktail Emporium Union Station

Don't recommend buying from.First time purchased a few whiskey glasses that one of them shattered on the same day as I gave it a wash to clean the dust. It was left on its own on the sink and shattered. Later that week I went back to the store to give them a verbal complaint and the lady working there kindly replaced the glass and was very keen on the good quality of the glasses. Unfortunately the other 3 glasses including the one that she replaced eventually shattered after being washed and left to be dried.It would be embarrassing if they would shatter in my guest's hand.Unpleasant experience. Hope they improve their quality but for now I'm heading back to Amazon.

Fantastic addition to Union Station with high quality products for any and every mixologist, casual drinker, gift buyer and everything in between. I suggest stopping in just to see what they have

For the store being so small it is actually very well stocked! I don’t live in Toronto but I was able to stop by because I was in the city for an event. I had made a little shopping list after browsing their website and I was able to get everything I was looking for!The store did feel a bit cramped but considering the store is like 20 feet by 20 feet they are using their space to its fullest. The gentleman that was working when I was there was very helpful and was able to help me find everything I was looking for.I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re interested in making craft cocktails at home because they have a lot of syrups and garnishes that you can’t find in many other places!

Awful service, zero interest in demonstrating any ounce of customer service.Just go to the other locations

Similar to the Queen street location, this place is filled with cute bar supplies. Picked up an Earl Grey syrup when I was here last! Hope they re-open soon!

Had someone look for an item for me but were unsure exactly what the product was and instead of being helpful, the attendant got pretty annoyed.Kensington location is much better.

Great little store for cocktail and bartending supplies.
