Horrible company. Stay away!This is TAG Management and TAG Realty. Same company. They are beyond slum lords. They wont answer anything but these reviews stating they never did business with you." They are right! They never do business. Will sign a contract and take your money. Then leave you with a world of debt/issues. They tried to evict me after I filed with the tenant board to have repairs ordered. I won the hearing. Repairs still not done. Filed again. They stole a hearing notice. Steal mail..send you fake bills and eviction orders. They are downright nasty people.Read reviews for all TAG Google posts. Tag Realty

Worst business I have everexperienced in my life. Save yourselftime and money, if you see TagManagement / Tag Group / TagSolutions, do not walk the other way,RUN. I cannot believe this company isstill in business.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The reviews were so bad on their property management page (their sister company ‘TAG (TheActiveGroup Management), they had to take it down. This company is poorly managed and stretched thin. Constantly misinforms owners about their rights and responsibilities. Has property managers taking care of far too many properties. Doesn’t meet the duties required to maintain their properties. Allows board members to skimp the rules but enforces hard on non board members.Have had them in two units over a span of 12 years and both times they were incompetent. Would hope they get investigated by the CMRAO. Stay away from them if you can.

Stay away!! Tag was ourProperty Management Company for2 years. Doubled our insurance costs and almost bankrupt ourCorporation. The first year condo fees increased 23% and would have been over 40% the next. Many vendors were left unpaid. I could go on and on TERRIBLE Ok, want to be clear this is same office on Clay but the Property Management Side, have not dealt with Realtor side.

Tag property management has not done a great job since they have taken over of our condo. Our townhouses look run down. Fees continue to increase, without any improvements to our homes.Our previous property management would clean our exterior windows, this hasn't been done since Tag took over.

Useless property management company. Zero customer service.

I live on Derby Street on Hamilton East Mountain and my Private Residential Driveway was DAMAGED by DeLucca Roofing Contractors DURING A Roofing Replacement Project By Their Materials Delivery Vehicle Severely Caving in the Driveway! Tag Management and the WCC Condominium Corporation #177 Are Refusing To Repair The DAMAGED Driveway??!! Terrible Customer Response!!This Driveway Is 45 Plus Years Of Age Original And In Terrible Condition!!
