You really feel they actually care about you and want to get your stuff fixed as soon as possible. I had other companies coming back and forth to my business prior and they couldn't find a solution and wasted months of time. John fixed the problem in one day within a few hours. What impeccable customer service! John was friendly, trustworthy and most of all honest.My hot water tank went out and to make my week even worse my central air system blew.John was able to fix everything!! His prices were more than fair (yes I compared) his workmanship was second to none, he had a helper with him who was awesome... I called Park Lawn Heating to repair two gas fireplaces. John was able to come in and figure out the problem. He repaired both fireplaces and we are extremely happy with his services. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

I live in a condo building since construction in 2006, wear and tear was beginning g to cause floods from the rusted out drip trays and clogged pipes in the A/C system. So I wanted to be preventative and get mine looked at before anything happened, which turns out would have been just a matter of time.I called Parklawn Heating and left a message with the admin. Anthony called me back within an hour, I sent him a pic of my moldy rusty unit and he’d gotten back to me with a really reasonable quote, and offered a next day appointment.I had put a call into another company, and as of yet, I’m still waiting to hear back from them, but I was quoted a full days work and wouldn’t be available until next week. Considering Anthony had already quoted and offered an appointment within 24 hours, I took it.I found Anthony to be super friendly, professional and responsive.The work John did was awesome.Highly recommended and I will be using them again for all maintenance and repair going forward!Amazing customer service!5 ⭐️
