So this was my first in experience in any salon in a decade, so I was very hesitant in general. The location was super convenient for me and booking was a breeze! I had my appointment today with anahita for balayage highlighting and with all honesty I can say that I’m in love with the result!!! She was very welcoming and warm and understood what I wanted better than I did lol.At first it was a drastic change for me and was I very unsure of the shade but that had nothing to do with the skill and consideration she had put into the appointment. Very stunning colour application! Would definitely* return for future appointments! 3 thumbs up

I went here for the first time and it was amazing. I had really long hair that I had not cut for a few years and came in for curtain bangs and layers. Olga was the one to cut my hair and she did a fantastic job I could not be happier with the results. I will be coming to this salon from now on!

I've been going to this salon for years, the service so horrible and owner gives so much attitude as if he is doing me a favor and I should be more appreciative of their service. Long story short, my recent visit was for hair dye, the old guy dyed my hair. When I checked a few days later I still had grey hair. I went back to him to re-do my hair, he gave me so much attitude and arguing that it wasn't his fault...Bottom line is that I learned my lesson not waste my money on salon that treats their customers so poorly.THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS!

I have been going to Cerilli Hair Salon, in Richmond Hill, for a few years now and I have always walked away very satisfied with the results. I always see Loredana and I love her demeaner and professionalism. She has the knowledge and expertise required to take good care of her clients. I recently got my dark hair to go natural and Loredana did an awesome job on my hair. I love it and everyone who sees it really appreciates the colour that has surfaced after Loredana’s awesome magic to bring my hair to my natural colour. I am totally loving it and I would certainly recommend Cerilli Hair Salon to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and warm salon.Tirchander

Awesome experience. If you have curly hair, you know how difficult it is to find someone who can cut it properly and this salon is one of those you can trust. They really know what they are doing, they care for and respect their clients very highly and have high level of work ethics. I got a haircut and was so happy with the result that I went back for highlights. Reasonable pricing and nice environment. COVID guidelines are followed strictly. Definitely going back.

I have been a client from as far back as I can remember. The team at Cerilli Hair Salon have been nothing but exceptional. I always receive compliments on my colour and style. Thank you Maria for making me look and feel great!

I went the first time to this salon with my desire to have a certain kind of blond. The receptionist insisted I should speak first with the stylist which I did and was assured thatI would get what I want just by using colours and not bleach. Also we discussed prices and than I book the appointment. I got a call to reschedule at different time because the stylist was not coming and I would get a new one. I went to the salon and I explained again what I wanted and the new one assured me that even though I couldn’t get what I wanted it would come close. I trusted her and in the end I ended up having a yellow doll hair. I told her that it was very ugly and didn’t even come close to what I wanted and she suggested that we could fix it by adding highlights. So we did and the result was not good. I suggested a toner to change some way the colour and finally we got to the point of blow drying the hair. When I got the tally, it came as more than 300 $ and when I said that I should not pay for their mistakes, the answer was that I requested highlights, and toner and blow dry. It was the most unpleasant and total lack of professionalism that I have experienced in a salon, let alone the fact that I paid a lot of money for something that I didn’t ask for. I was also unpleasantly impressed by how disorganized was the colour and the highlights applied and also the lack of really stylish the hair since I paid for blow dry and I left with very flat hair. I am very sorry that it ended like that. I do not do reviews but this time I considered doing it since I had to spend 5 hours in that salon with that kind of experience.
