My mom has faced a life-changing challenge in downsizing from a considerable house and home she has been in for over 23 years to a retirement living solution. When it came time to moving her cherished family items to the new location and the distribution of numerous items to family and friends across the country, the guys from Premiere Van Line were there to help make the move happen in a swift, friendly and amazing efficient fashion. The packers the day before took the care to ensure the cherished family mementoes were safe. And the guys doing the heavy lifting were friendly, companionable and very respectful of the this very challenging time in my mom’s life and our family overall. And they stayed until the job was done! There were two loads to two different locations in Ontario and these guys stuck it out to get in all done that day until 7 PM or later! What an amazing job done by such amazingingly compassionate people helping people through one of the most challenging times in their lives. And a big kudos to the crew in the office who ensured everything went smoothly, adjusted to last minute changes and dealt with all the questions and concerns by email in a rapid and friendly fashion. Thoroughly recommend the Vancouver team for any type of move, small or large. Thank you to all at PVL in providing such great services at such great and reasonable rates. They are brilliant!!!

A quality control should be done on this company. Under quoted, packers showed up late with inefficient amount of workers, items broken while packing, items not tagged when leaving the home. Threatened us with fines for too many people in our building. Poor quality in packing and very poor quality of boxes used. Items lost and not recovered. Couch delivered to our destination that did not belong to us - the weight of it was included in our bill. Not worth the money spent.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a moving company! The packers and movers were professional and efficient. Our move was seamless and our belongings were perfectly cared for! Thanks so much to Paul and his team - especially Ryan!

Move from Alberta to BC - Full packing service - December 2020I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the services provided by PVL and to specifically thank you Steve and Candace for their excellent customer service.Moving started out as a stressful process and from the time I talked to Steve on the phone, things went really smoothly. I had talked to multiple moving companies prior to talking to Steve and was either not getting answers or getting very confusing information.My father in law was on site when the packers came in and said he was impressed by how efficient and careful they were.The driver (Moses) called me when they were done loading the truck and he was very polite and pleasant to talk to.My husband was at the house when the crew unloaded and he commented that they were very professional and obviously experienced. We only had one dining room chair leg broken which is very minor in my opinion. Nothing else was missing or broken and I think that speaks volume about the quality of their work.We have no intention (or desire!) to move again anytime soon but if we do, I would not hesitate to request their services again and I will highly recommend them to my family, friends and coworkers.

The moving crew themselves where nice, I had no issue with them other then the fact they showed up an hour late. They did however give up at the end of the move and just placed everything in the garage. They left moving supplies: blankets, dolly and someone else's glass shelves. They also damaged our bed, the movers took a picture of it. I've phoned numerous times about damage repair and sent emails. I always get told they will get back to me but they never do. Absolutely horrible customer service.

First I did not choose Premiere Van Lines they were assigned to me by the BC government.The initial assessment seemed to go well. Then came packing, the handful of items that I was very specific that they needed to be packed carefully, mainly paintings, were just thrown in to a massive wardrobe box. I ended finding them before moving day because they were supposed to be in mirror boxes, I have to argue with the guy in charge of packing to fix it. Then the packers (who are most definitely paid cash under the table) used my very expensive backpacking equipment as packing material; which due to the painting packing issue I found and corrected. *But the guy who packed my kitchen, (older, lean, very nice) did an awesome job, not on broken dish. (one chipped corning ware lid)They also packed our snowboard helmets with an 8 vice

Can’t comment on the office staff, but I was fortunate enough to get Gary and Irish as my movers and they were absolutely fantastic. I did not expect to have such prompt and polite service. They explained the process and took their time covering my floors to ensure everything stayed clean and scuff-free. I hope they’re still around when I move again in a few years!

Fantastic service! The movers were friendly and super helpful with setting up my furniture, They took there time to make sure all my furniture was wrapped and protected. Right from the beginning when they came out to do the estimate, to the Packers and movers everyone ensured that my move would be smooth and worry free. I was very pleased with my move and would use them again.

My local move was very smooth. From my first contact with the office to picking up boxes to the accurate quote and the entire move day. The movers are experienced and confident and got right to work. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I have never had such a positive experience as I did with Premier Van Lines.I would recommend them with confidence for either local or long distance.

When I moved, I went with Premiere Van lines as I was told that my furniture would be in an area, not mixed with any other peoples stuff: when it was delivered to my home after two years, they brought baby furniture and a few other items not mine; of course we told the driver this is not ours. I did not move in right away and being busy with work etc., I did not realize that some of my items were not delivered ; I emailed them with a list, but they said they were not there; since it was over a year, they will not compensate me ; when Premiere says your possessions are kept separately and not mixed with others it is not true, otherwise I would have all my furniture and the baby stuff would not have been at my door.
