I got a poutine with bacon and it was absolutely phenomenal! I've been driving by this place for years and never knew it existed. I am 100% converted and plan on stopping here every time I'm in Barry's Bay.

Nice selection of ice cream flavors and pub style food. Stopped a couple of times now for snacks. They also have some wool for sale... might have to grab a couple skeins for some hats and mitts in the fall

Delicious poutine with perfect fries and the gravy is ideal. The lumberjack burger is massive and has that char-grilled flavour you want. I got mine all the way and the bum held up to the condiments until nearly the end. That is a testament to the bun which was soft and flavorful but didn't come apart, which I expected since it had a pickle, relish, ketchup and mustard.

Friendly Mr Charlie who served our ice creams. He had lovely photo of a beautiful loon which he had taken, himself. The washrooms were clean.

An incedible burger and a top notch poutine. This was the Lumberjack burger, and a Canadian poutine. Great value for the town and friendly staff/patrons. Definitely a place you'll go back to repeatedly.

The best poutine I have ever had! The onion ring poutine is my favourite. The onion rings are great, the cheese curds are real (no shredded mozzarella here thankfully!!), and the gravy is the best I’ve had from any restaurant. Charlie and staff are all friendly and welcoming. Been going here for years and years and it is consistently great. I highly recommend stopping here, you won’t be disappointed. Very generous serving - you won’t leave hungry!

Perfect place to grab some ice cream or a quick Bbq’d bite to eat. Excellent location, food and service from Charlie and his team. While you’re at it, pickup a DVD rental (yes, places like this still exist!)
