Great spot for art supplies. They have all sizes of canvas plus oil and acrylic supplies. Books pencils paper easels and full resources for all art mediums. Sales are often regular and savings can be made by selectively purchases

I was buying a large amount of yarn and a lovely lady named Lisa came and helped me choose what I needed. Then when I when you cash I was going to pay with a gift card that I had. Although I could not find the card itself. Only all of the information that I had of the card, a woman I believe named Mariah help me at cash and was very kind and helpful. Then she transferred me over to her manager Lisa again and Lisa was able to call the Michaels headquarters and help me personally. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me through my own mistakes and they were all very nice and helpful. Great place to go if you need any support with craft supplies. Thank you Mariah and Lisa!

The sparkles, man. I swear I inhaled some right at the door when my glasses were fogged up and then I remembered my coupon and next thing I know I am making glitter doggos for the entire library staff. Glitter cats for the dentist. Glitter gerbils for the nice peeps at the Post Office and I think I mightve glued my guinea pig to a wreath that mightve ended up at the Legion... dunno, I glued my hands together so I cannot even leave the house now so hopefully itll wear off by Christmas. Anyway love the sparkles and glitter. Legit looooooove...

Michael's, in general, is really overpriced. The one benefit is their coupon, albeit, the discount hads reduced from 40% to 30% since the store opened. Shameful to see an organization gauge pricing for profits.Aside from that, staff were nice and friendly however not overly knowledgeable.

If you order online and they send you the wrong item, they expect you to pay for their mistake. I also suspect that they don't post any negative reviews on their website, as mine never came up. Customer service was also terrible. When I brought up that I wasn't going to spend $7 on transit and an hour of my time to bring the wrong item back to them so I could get the right item THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY or a refund, they ended the chat by thanking me for shopping there and called it a day.
