Very respectful of my sister who has autism. They gave us space when my sister wanted it, but were quick to offer additional paint and information. I just walked in and staff welcomed us, letting us look around but not pressuring us.

Had a wonderful and therapeutic time painting a little ladle. My kids had a great time and easily caught on to the painting lesson. They loved the example art and the variety of paint colours to choose from. Thank you!!

Went with a lot of other moms and babies for their hand and footprint event! Staff was amazing, she did a great job capturing his prints for me! Can't wait to get the result!! Love that they offer free birthday prints as well!!

Fun place. Great staff. There is a decent selection of things to choose from. Some things I remember are dog bowls, plates, bowls, Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations, chip and dip bowl (I did this one), coffee mugs, and teapots. Provides many choices for colours and styles. Great atmosphere for kids. Price simply put is not cheap but you do get what you’re paying for. $20-$40 range. Face value for a single item for say a plate might be much but in the end you’re getting a high quality, custom made, personal item which is 100% worth it. Definitely a repeat for me.

Just had our daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic. Laura, Paige, and Kelly were fabulous and the party progressed like a well oiled machine. Start to finish they were extremely knowledgeable and interacted really well with the kids. This place is a terrific choice for a birthday party.

Went with my 1 and 2 yr olds, they were pretty well behaved, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a warm welcome! The staff were all so nice!! Highly recommend even with little kids, we did handprint keepsakes, they even had a highchair!!!!!!
