I dont know how to thank them. My pet died before we got the product and I emailed them to let them know I would want a return label but they immediately refunded me and sent me a sweet email asking me not to trouble myself and maybe donate the product later. I actually ended up giving it to a friend who has not started using it and would love to leave an update about that as well but look at the hand-written card they sent me. Im just a one time customer and they really did touch our hearts.

Nicky is a very special little dog, he means the world to me. He very smart knows when his meals are on time. Loves lots of new outfit. Most of all he's mommy's spoil little dog.

Pet Wellbeing offered me unexpected kindness at a very sad time. I had just purchased 2 bottles of their Thyroid Support Silver for dogs, which worked great for our elderly pup. Sadly, our sweet Charlie passed before the 2nd bottle could be used. I reached out to Pet Wellbeing to ask if the 2nd bottle could be returned for a refund. They responses super quick, gave deep condolences first, then not only refunded me but offered that I donate the bottle to a clinic or pup in need. I was already weepy, but this unexpected kindness sent me over the edge - for a completely different reason. Kindness does exist. Thank you so much to the staff of Pet Wellbeing.

I could not say enough great things about this company! We lost our little guy but man they have been so great with me! I used their product one day and in that one day it gave my little guy so much energy little did I know it was his last day with us. His CHF was too far gone but man this company has been so good to me! They refunded me the money although i just wanted to thank them for their product and today i received a card in the mail!!!! You guys truly are amazing! I will never forget what you’ve done in this time of hurt! Thank you so much!!!! I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! Jojo was my entire world and this meant so much to me.

I have been using mushroom immune gold for 3 months, along with life gold, and my dog cole, who the vets said basically had cancer of the thyroid, is flourishing with this. Granted, I have to feed small portions in increments in a sitting, so he doesn't regeratate. I would like to share my journey with my furry baby Hunter, he is a Golden Retriever/Border Collie mix. He lived almost 11 Y/O, 2 wks shy for his 11th Birthday. Lost our battle with stomach tumor last week, and was diagnosed with Cushing Disease over a year before. I pursued holistic treatment vs conventional CushingTx, because of his age. I haven't placed my order yet, but I quickly wanted to write how extraordinary their customer service is. I spoke with two really amazing individuals who work there. They both took the time to listen & address my concerns regarding my cat. He's been sick for over 1 year & I have done over $10 000 worth of tests with unfortunately, no diagnostic. It was very refreshing to speak to the employees about the situation, because with some of the specialists my cat has seen, most of my questions were not answered. This really meant a lot & it reassured me as well. Thank you for lightening up my day!

I tried Pet Wellness kidney support for my dog,and she absolutely loved them. She was having dark urine, there wasn't anything healthier that the vet could find, so to be on the safe side I gave her this kidney support supplement, and it really helped her. I recommend this product. My dog thought they were the greatest treats. Great product.
