I have VVS, a condition that makes me really easy to faint while having bloodwork done. This lab always accommodates my request to lie down without any questions asking, when I had the worst episode of VVS this morning they dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. The 3 star is unfair, this lab is excellent.

Clean space with quick and effective service. I came in as a walk-in at 12:10pm for blood work and was out of the building by 12:20. Couldn’t ask for more!

My wait time was less than 15 minutes for a walk in appointment! Last week I waited over two hours to get blood work done downtown. I will not go anywhere else now. This place is amazing. Check the wait time online through the website, make sure your requisition is clear and then head over!

I'll be trying out Lifelabs next time. Everytime I need blood work I just dread coming to this place. Front desk staff is totally robotic and condescending. Today the lady was loudly speaking an unknown language on her cell phone speaker while rudely interacting with patients. So unprofessional.

Good service, always, from the staff at this location. This morning I was particularly impressed with Paulina, who seemed to be handling all the morning fasting blood draws completely solo, and was quick, efficient, friendly, and very gentle. Completely painless poke! Thank you, Paulina.

I walked in around 8.30 this morning and get my test done within 20 mins. It is my first time to visit. The whole experience is pleasant. Karen is really professional and caring for the entire process and made me feel less anxious.

I came on google to see the reviews because I thought it must be well rated blood clinic. I was surprised to see their reviews. Blood clinics have such bad raps but my experience here was so pleasant. All the staff (only saw ladies, not a gentleman as another review had stated) I interacted with here were polite, and happy with positive energy. Paulina took my blood she was very good, efficient and gentle. Yes they give you the spiel about their membership program to access your results but I think they are just doing their job. It must be mandatory for them to do so. The clinic was clean. The waiting time was short (I came at 8:40am) and for the whole 2 hours I was there (the duration of my test), most patients were in and out quickly.

It was quick and easy and usually it's hard to take my blood but she did it in one shot was in and out n very nice people

I waited for a month and clinic still didn’t receive my blood work test.Turn out they claimed that they lost my blood work requisition form and cancel the order. And they never inform the clinic or me.Waste my time and blood.Very unprofessional lab. My personal information probably lost somewhere.Remember to think twice before going this lab.

A family member had a mammogram at this location. Clearly there is a need for customer service training in the front and back offices. Poor behaviour, no empathy, arguing with patients over silly matters. Not cool, fix it!!
