well this place was recommended to me for its customer service - so far very disappointed . I travelled to the brossard store 30 minutes only to be told you need an appointment - really i say nothing is on your website about that. I get told its written on our door . so too bad client we told you . Ids that the attitude so I say ok what is available he gives me the next day at 1:15 - sorry i work i took today off to see the glasses as your website said nothing about appointments to pick a frame - this is not good customer service and you could tell that this guy was not in the mood to help me or even get me an appointment that suited me. So not certain where the customer service is at all - at their prices i expected much much better - and when you google it says times updated 2 weeks ago - you couldnt write by appointment only - anyone able to think of the client there - very very disappointed and the attitude of ohh well

They found it and called me and everything was intact. If you can trust a business with your wallet you can pretty much trust them with anything.
