License to extortion!The worst company to work for. Commonly never pay their workers. If they start to, trust me at some point they will owe you. The pay is embarrassing. They owed me thousands, I finally had to cut my losses, bye byeSTAY CLEAR!

Traumatic Experience! BewareI regret why I applied for this company. I was called for an interview couple of weeks ago and I was hired instantly but never I was asked about my extensive experience and my background. I was given job offer for $13.75 with no medical or dental benefits, No vacation, no sick days, No WSIB or CPP or EII suggest that applicants just go try applying other companies like St. Elizabeth or PT Health or Hospitals as they offer sick days, vacation, medical & dental after few months. Going for an interview was surely waste of time. I just thought that things change after so many years that they will pay competitively, unfortunately they are still out there to abuse people looking for job. They are abusive and do not care. they even ask you to pay a $1,000 as a bond for 1 year that if you leave before 1 year, you have to pay this back to the PT. Who would even come up with this?People who will apply for this job are people from foreign country who just came to Canada who doesn't have an idea what is employment all about and the proper way to get paid. The bad part is, they don't file taxes from you. You have to file your own taxes are they will not take you as their 'employee for them to get away from giving you benefits

It is a different story in Sault Ste. MarieOutwardly they appear great but with how badly they treat the people that work for them I will never trust this company to do anything for me....I will definitely go somewhere else.Having them sign ridiculous work contracts....it is like the employees are not allowed to have a life or family outside of work....how can a company who is suppose to help people heal possibly understand when they strong arm their workers.This and crappy pay....they should not be here at all....I think a street walker gets more respect than this company gives to their staff.

Very Unprofessional, It's a nightmare scenario!PT that worked with my motor vehicle accident injury was very rude and I have complaint him for breach of confidentiality, unprofessional behaviour, and a competence issue such as poor communication skills, a lack of clinical judgement or inefficient record keeping.

I was having therapy when the physiotherapist assistant vent on me regarding how they are abused in terms of getting paid $13/ hour with so much work to do in the clinic. She does not have any benefits, no sick time or vacation at all. She does not have access to any WSIB or CPP at all so if she gets hurt, she does not get any compensation. Terrible company. Please take time to reflect. You are the company that does not value people's hard work and effort. There are no sick time, if you get sick working, it's a no work no pay. There is no vacation NOT EVEN A DAY. No way to rejuvenate at all.

Not only useless physiotherapist, but actually detrimental. Aside from the initial assessment appointment, the therapist (Shiraz) would spend only 10 minutes with me! In those ten minutes, she did nothing of consequence. Now, my surgeon is angry that I did not make appropriate progress. I will go to a better clinic and pay $100/half hour to get the treatment I need, otherwise, I will never regain mobility. Totally disgusted.

Worst Company to work with. The CEO of Achieva Health is so rude. The Pay is abuse. They asked me to do extra work during the pandemic for extra pay and they never paid me a penny. I emailed the Head office multiple times but no response at all. I would rather work in private clinic. I joined with $15/hour pay and I have been told that my pay will increase after a year of work. So now after a year they are just ignoring my emails.
