The employees are always polite and nice.

Reasonable rates. All sorts of different sized heated storage lockers. Nice staff. Wish they supplied more sturdy dollies but overall very pleased.

We love the fact that its heated and opened till 9 PM Monday to Saturday and on Sundays till 5. Great staff and locally owned and operated. Keep up the great work.

I love this locally owned and operated storage place. Jason gets to know all the customers, and you know that your stuff is being taken care of by people who really do care. Always clean, great rates, helpful staff, what more can you ask for???

Unless otherwise stated, they're open 7 days a week, which is super handy! If you ever need to upsize or downsize your locker, just let Jason know and he'll let you know what's available! 2 of my family members here have had lockers in the past and nothing but positive things to say! AND they take e-transfers for payments! Highly recommend!

To ALL REVIEW READERS, please note I will be happy to change or remove this review, if Archibald Storage honors my reasonable request...I don't even know where to begin... I WAS extremely happy to sign on with them at first...They were very courteous and rates were great. I was assured that if I needed access to my stuff outside the posted hours, that it wouldn't be a problem.I made a couple of requests for evenings and weekends, and unfortunately it was becoming difficult to access my stuff on their schedule...so I politely asked to withdraw my rental after being there only 6 days, and asked for a full or at least a partial refund.Since then I have gotten the run-around...lack of communication, delays, etc etc.I have attached a picture of our email conversations so you can make your own opinions...and I hope this review is helpful!

Great prices; your belongings are secure here! Really easy move-in and move-out process. I highly recommend Jason and AAA Archibald Storage. If I ever need a unit again, I'll definitely go back!

Needed a storage locker for a few months, and Archibald storage was close and had a good price. The facility seems to be pretty clean, and the staff is super friendly. I'd highly recommend it!
