I bought a leftover 2022 DR650 there in February 2022 and got a great deal. Their dealer fees are reasonable and comprehensible, not like so many other dealerships where they are just a cash grab. Al, the sales guy was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Did the entire deal including accessories over a few emails and phone calls - no pressure and always got back to me very quickly. He even sent me pictures of accessories installed on similar bikes so I could make a better decision.I came over from the mainland via ferry and Doug (the owner) picked me up at the ferry terminal and we had a good chat on the way to the dealership. It was immediately clear that Doug and his staff were motorcycle enthusiasts and his shop was a mom and pop" family business. When we arrived at the dealership

Excellent service. The parts department know their stuff well. Neil, Mark, and Linden in the service department went out of their way to get my bike running properly. And Al is a great salesman to deal with for a new bike on the showroom floor. I recommend Mile Zero. 5 stars!

I was curious, just wanting to kick a few tyres. Yeah, that's what I thought right up to the time I was doing paperwork on a just-purchased bike. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Not only did I get a bike, but I also made some friends too. These guys are pretty busy, I guess word gets around.

Great service. Knowledgeable sales staff. Good coffee and conversation while I waited for my bike to be serviced. They put new tires and pannier racks on my Himalayan. They also gave my bike a complementary mechanical inspection and washed the bike.I saw them give it 3 test rides followed by micro adjustments to make sure everything was perfect before they gave me the keys back. Solid.

Stopped in and Al answered my questions, no pressure sales and lots of knowledge. When I finally make up my mind I will be buying from this dealership.Really nice people here to the point I applied for a position at the dealership and never heard back not even the courtesy to let me know they were not interested in my application.I guess they just sell bikes and don’t respond back.

Would love to give 5 stars, but unfortunately can not. I will start by saying the tiny things that made it a 4 instead 5, should NOT prevent you from going to Mile zero. The staff are friendly, helpful, and I have zero regrets asking these folks for help, and would very likely go back if I needed help in the future. There was a minor miscommunication, it was rectified, they adjusted my bars, but doing so caused me to break my 12v charger when I turned my bars, and I applied for two jobs with them, and to date to my knowledge, the positions have not been filled and they have not taken time to even say no thanks. I try to give honest and fair reviews, that's why they didn't get all 5 stars, 4.5 would be more accurate than 4 stars. Seriously, my being nit picky should not prevent you from seeking their assistance. Mile zero you did a very good job, thankyou, don't feel bad, 5 stars is perfect, hardly anyone can be perfect.

Had some brake service done today on my Royal Enfield Himalayan..excellent customer service by Neil Sjoberg and the Service Department. Neil is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Everyone in the store and shop is very friendly and helpful. I am delighted that MIle Zero is now a Royal Enfield dealer convenient to Duncan and the Cowichan Valley here on Vancouver Island.

The GoodThe sales staff are really nice and helpful. The shop is a great place to get your yearly maintenance done, and the mechanics know their stuff. Prices on new bikes seem in line with other dealers. The BadIf you are looking for tires, I recommend looking elsewhere before committing to the purchase. I arrived to pick up my bike after having my new tires installed. While I was speaking to the service manager (again, a nice guy), I noticed that the bill for the tires seemed higher than it should be, and he suggested I talk to the parts department. As I recalled the sticker price on the tires I purchased a day earlier, it was quite a bit lower. In fairness, it was the end of the day, but there were still customers in the department, and I wanted to get this sorted out before leaving, and they obliged. Apparently, the tires I purchased were pre-COVID stock, and the prices had gone up, but they did honor the sticker price at least. However, it took half an hour to get things sorted out and refunded which was a bit much, and I felt like I was made to feel like an inconvenience for their mistake. Even a comment was made that It's ONLY $30..." as if I should have just let it slide. I had just spent close to $900 on tires
