Millcreek Optometry Centre

My experience at Millcreek Optometry has been an entirely positive. Dr. Bob Champion is all ease and kindness, providing pertinent information and reassurance. I do not feel rushed even if I get chatty! Etta was gracious and amiable when it came to frame selection. There were many good choices, but she assisted in making the best selection which I’m now wearing. She was complimentary but I never felt pressured. Front staff are friendly, fun, attentive and efficient. Altogether, it’s a wonderful place to get eye care.

Excellent and efficient clinic with great staff. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they kindly accommodated a last minute change. I was very impressed with Dr Champion; he was knowledgeable, and friendly and I learned a lot from chatting with him. Highly recommend.

Some hero’s don’t wear capes!I called this clinic as there was something in my eye really hurting me.They got me in right away and the amazing doctor I had flipped my eyelid and took the little unknown object out.The relief has left me smiling all day.Thanks so much!

My family and I have been going to this outstanding Optometry Centre for decades with Dr Gordon Hensel and his associates and my experience has been excellent. Nica went beyond the call of duty in finding the best glasses with the best value and made sure they fit very well. Her kindness, skill and service were outstanding.

I can’t say enough about Lawrie, one of their opticians! I have some special needs when it comes to getting eyeglasses fitted; and Lawrie demonstrated nothing but kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to go the extra mile to look for a solution. In all my years wearing eyeglasses I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my situation nor actually heard. Thank you Lawrie.

This was my first experience with this Centre, and it was an amazing one. Staff at the Front Desk were courteous, helpful and professional, whether it was via email, telephone or in person. Sadly I did not catch the name of the staff who attended to me. She was super nice.Dr. Jimmy Prince was a friendly Doctor who I bet can make any person feel at ease. He treated me well, gave me all the information I needed and answered my queries to the point. I would highly recommend this Centre and Dr. Jimmy.

I have purchased my last few pairs of glasses at Millcreek Optometry and found their optometrists and staff to be very professional, friendly and efficient. I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to purchase, at competitive pricing, a pair of glasses.

Wow. Everyone at Millcreek Optometry are so kind and caring. I received incredible customer service from the receptionists, Dr. Prince, and the opticians that helped me, Jan and Lawrie.Dr. Prince caught a prism issue in one of my eyes that a different optometrist didn’t, and let me tell you, my life is drastically improved with my new glasses. I can’t even believe what a difference they make. I had no idea my eyes were straining so hard to adjust before. Now, the double vision is gone and it’s such a relief on my tired eyes.Jan and Lawrie were so kind and helpful with helping me select the perfect frames, and fitting my glasses when I came to pick them up. Jan is a serious perfectionist going back and forth many times to make adjustments until they were just right. I felt that she truly cares about her clients and delights in helping them improve their vision.I’m so glad I have found Millcreek Optometry. This place is now my forever home for any eye care needs.
