Very helpful, friendly staff. I like that they’ll actually assist you with placing an online order if they don’t have your size in store. Something one of their competitors doesn’t offer. And they have half sizes available!

My husband and I visited this location on Dec 24/18 to look for Birkenstock’s for our daughter. We walked in, were wandering around for five minutes looking, not greeted by either representative when we walked in and neither of them even asked if we needed any help. They clearly had a more important conversation to be had between the two of them. There was not one other customer in the store. Discouraged we left, and even on our way out we still were not acknowledged. We went to Soft Moc and made our purchase there instead.

I purchased two pairs of running shoes in April 2016 and when I put on the one pair there was a problem with the stitching on the padding on the right heel so after an hour of wearing there was discomfort. I have a very busy schedule and did not return until May without my original invoice but Lidia was greatly helpful to find my sales slip and assisted me with my problem. I left with a new pair and was very satisfied with Lidia and the my whole experience with the service I received so I will be returning for my next new shoe purchase.

Two employees were in the store, conversing at the cash. My total visit lasted almost half an hour.I looked around for a bit, and found the foot sizer, and sized my own foot. I asked for help finding a specific size and was told that everything is out". I found a few pairs to try. One pair had the security tag through the lace so I had to have it removed. The fourth pair I tried on
