Daniel Mass and his wife were amazing and greatly helped us find our dream home. Daniel was very honest and patient with the process and responded to our emails and calls asap. Daniel answered our call and contacted the previous homeowner at 12 AM to finalize the home purchase. Our family greatly appreciate his help and do recommend having him as the realtor.

My husband and I contacted Dan and Stacey to help us out with a mortgage and they were wonderful to deal with. Even though we ended up not going ahead with the purchase, Stacey helped us out with all the paperwork that we needed at the time. I recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a Mortgage Specialist!

Stacey is phenomenal. We needed a mortgage for a tricky home purchase that closed many doors for financing options. Stacey worked hard, tapping into all her resources, and not only did she get us a mortgage but it was an amazing rate (we had a bank comment that they couldn't even match it). She did a great job keeping in touch with us every step of the way, and was very prompt, even responding to my emails on the weekend! Can't recommend her enough!

From the moment I contacted them they were very helpful. I was a first time homebuyer in Canada and Dan explained the process to me with patience and care. Everytime we had to exchange documentation their turnaround time is quick and efficient. They answered all my questions.I am happy tI worked with Verico since they got me an excellent deal for my mortgage and I am sure I wouldn't be able to get it if I went to the banks directly.Great service! Stacey (and other Verico Canada staff) has been absolutey fantastic to deal with in both instances that I have contacted Verico Canada for my mortgage needs. She not only makes sure she's getting you the best rates possible but ensures that you are informed of all aspects of each mortgage and that all of your questions are answered in a very timely manner. Not only will I use Verico Canada for my future mortgage needs again but I would highly recommend them to anyone!
