We purchased a beautiful new Evinrude outboard here at White Water Marine and on the first outing we ran into some troubles on the water. They made room to squeeze us in the following day and spent hours getting the outboard back in top shape. Being that we had to drive all the way in from Springhill, they gave us top priority and took great care of our outboard!!We could not be happier with the great customer service and quality employees!!Thank you White Water Marine!! You guys went above and beyond to make us happy customers!!Five stars well deserved!!

I don't even know where to start. SHOCKINGLY BAD! I took my outboard in to get it serviced, as I have done there, for many years. They claimed they didn't have a service technician. Huh? They're a Mercury Sales & Service Dealer. Not like the tech is on vacation, or out sick... they simply don't have one at all. And they said all of this without even a hint of apology or even like we're trying to find someone

Easiest people to deal with since buying my boat in 2019. Honest and trustworthy with no big business BS. They also have an awesome fully fenced compound for those who worry like me. 10/10 recommend if you like to just drop off with no worries.

We bought a used boat. We couldn't be happier customer service was immakable friendly very helpful accommodating they even delivered it for us Brian and Graham are awesome thank you very much white water marine we are having so much fun so far in the last 3 weeks and continue to have fun for the rest of the summer you guys are the best!

Call3d looking for a. Arb kit for my OBM. Don't know who i talked to but the gentleman was extremely helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond. This is the second time jve called them in the last couple of weeks. Both times have very positive experiences. I will bemusing them as my go to place from now on.
