Not accommodating to home owners at all! Couldn't make it to their location from Altona in time to drop off. Called them to let them know. They will charge you an extra half day to drop off the next morning.

Bought a used trailer from them through Ritchie bros auctions. Staff there were very helpful in getting me mobile to haul it home, Very friendly and accommodating even though I arrived for pickup at lunchtime. We appreciated the extra effort. Store was well equipped with many things to rent, clean and inviting!

Bought a Genie scissor lift a couple years ago from Rite way, served us great so far! We had a couple issues with it but they were ready to fix it and only charged for some of the repair! What an awesome way to do business! It’s called “service after sale”.

Highly recommend going here for all your equipment rental needs! Everyone there is helpful and great to deal with. They have large selection and I've never had any issues with operation of the rental equipment. Pretty sure Pete has worked there longer than I've been alive and he knows everything there is to know about thier products.
