Quite the selection! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My parents had Forest of Jewels make this necklace for me which has my late brothers initials on the front along with his ashes inside. Highly recommend this establishment for all your gold and jewellery requirements!!

Lawrence, Mason and their family are absolutely wonderful to work with and the custom pieces they make are always better then ever thought possible. Lovely store with an incredibly creative and gifted staff. I highly recommend for any and all jewellery needs from custom to engraving to watch battery replacement. Fell asleep with a cheep ring on my finger. Woke up in a total panic after nothing worked to get it off. Took a chance coming into this local jewelry store, still in my PJ’s to see if they could help. The staff was so warm and welcoming, didn’t judge me at all and I knew I looked a mess. So thankful to the jeweller who cut it off no problem. Beautiful establishment and even better staff!

Even better is that they offer a custom design service, with designs made in-house. I have had an amazing experience with Forest of Jewels. They are always striving to make quality jewellery that their customers are happy with. Mason took great care and spent time and energy ensuring my engagement ring was working for me when I experienced troubles with my skin reacting to the metals in the rose-gold ring. I'm thankful that he was able to come up with a solution! His patience, understanding and dedication will not be forgotten! A year after I got my ring from here, a prong broke off unexpectedly and they took it in right away and fixed it free of charge, along with a complimentary polish. I like their amazing selection of rings, necklaces and watches. The necklace I got was wonderful though it was a long time ago but I saw my friend wearing it during our recent dinner I remembered my purchase here. It was a wonderful store and I had a great visit here before.
