The first time i went into this store I asked some questions about pants, and the lady was very rude and dismissive. I was the only customer in the store so it wasn't like she was busy with other customers. I went in a second time thinking maybe i'll get someone else or that lady will be better. Well it was the same last and she just completely ignored the fact I was in the store, no greeting no nothing. So I refuse to ever go back to a store that have rude employees and they don't care about there customers.

I'm just starting my second trimester, so I went in twice to get some ideas and see what maternity clothes is all about. Both times I was rushed by a ride lady , asked many times if I needed help with anything (impolitely). Then she proceeded to just follow me and my sister around the store. I've had a much more pleasant experience with thyme maternity and recommend that instead. If this lady is so miserable working with the public perhaps she should change jobs.

I went the one located at Shopping St. Laurent today for the second time. The first time, I was looking for maternity clothes when I was 5 months and the 2 people working there ignored me totally. Then when I asked about some jeans they gave me the look I was not pregnant. So I thought it wasn't noticeable my preg belly.Today, looking for a pantyhose, the clerk said that the ones they have was for pos partum, when in the package was showing maternity. She said those are too big for you. I grabed and bought because I really needed. If I wasn't , I would just left. The clerk waa relling me to go to The Bay or Thyme Maternity to find my size. I don't really understand why they treat the customers like that. I looked to the package after I bought and I red maternity pantyhose go up to 9 months. I'm getting into the 8. So what's the matter with them?

Please ask your employees to stop wearing perfume! Pregnant women are typically sensitive to perfumes. One employee was wearing so much it gave me a headache. My husband actually had to stand outside with our newborn it was so bad. The service was not bad, but also not great, and the employee made a mistake on my purchase 3 times. I had to take out my calculator to finally show her what the price should be. This was my 2nd experience in the store. My first was better because it was a different employee, but still way too much perfume!

After reading the negative reviews, I'm relieved to know it's not just me who has had negative experiences with this store. I honestly don't know how they are still open. I have been to the St-Laurent location multiple times and each time there has been an issue. First, the staff barely acknowledge your existence or ask if they can help. My first time in the store, I made it to the back of the store and waited at least 5 minutes before having to interrupt the two employees who were chatting at the cash to ask for help. I don't know what is going on with their computer system but it seems to have issues every single time I am in the store. So much so that I waited literally 30 minutes for a return to be processed. Another time, the computer crashed and the associate was clearly getting frazzled/stressed. In addition to this, I have had to stand back from a sales associate because she smelled so strongly of cigarettes. There just doesn't seem to be much client service or technology training put into the staff, which is too bad. This is the main reason I shop online and avoid going into the store. The staff have never been rude to me, but there is lots of room for improvement as to how the store is run.

Went today with my sister in law to look for nursing shirts and the sales person told us they didn't have any, even though we were looking at then already. She then told us to look at Old Navy or Thyme Maternity. We stayed to look at the nursing shirts and she came back to tell us that there aren't many colours, sizes or styles that we want (but how could she know?) Despite this my sister in law decided to get one she liked. When we went to the cash the salesperson rolled her eyes that she was only buying one and rolled her eyes again when asked if she could tap her card to pay.I left feeling like the salesperson didn't like the look of us and just wanted us out of the store! I was so angry and vow to never shop there again! I'm writing this as a warning, if you want a good experience while shopping for maternity clothing and goods avoid this place. Seriously!!

I was very displeased with my experience at this location. The sales associate was able to find 1 bra in my difficult to find size however there was a thread sticking out of the bra which was no problem for me as it could easily be fixed. When she saw the thread she said she couldn't sell the bra to me and pulled on the thread to create a big hole in the bra. There was a buy 3 get 1 free sale going on at the same time however I figured since there was only 1 bra left in my size she was looking for a big sale for the commission. Instead of offering to call the location on the other end of town to see if they had anything left in my size she was rude and told me to just buy it online without giving me the details of the bra. I didn't bother going online because I don't want to give this company my business after that experience.

I actually do not know how this place is still open. You walk in no one greets you i stood at the counter for 5 minutes with BOTH employees behind there doing nothing and they said nothing to me. Then i was talking to my husband about how they don't answer the phone here, and the girl rudely turns around saying our phone is broken. Sorry but 1. i don't care if your phone is broken! 2. don't sass me. The quality of the clothes here are so much cheaper then THYME and they cost basically the same thing.I am still trying to get my money back on an item i purchased but exchanged at a more expensive price since it was on sale the first time i purchased, but the customer service is just terrible.Go to THYME it is much better, they are friendly and helpful and the quality of clothes is so much better.

The leggings are horrible quality!!! I've bought 3 pairs and within 2 weeks they all got holes and became very see through. The shirts stretch easily and the color fades very quickly. Save your money and go to Thyme Maternity instead!!!

The first time I went their was rude lady so I left without buying anything even though I was in need to maternity pantsSo I said I will give it a second chanceSo thank goodness I did that, the lady was changed and she was very nice and helpful.I advice you pregnant women to try this store not because of the employee but because the clothes are really nice and comfortable .
