Since June 2018, now close to the end of September, I, for our company, have called this company on several occasions, I am always told that the person who can help me is not available and they will call me back. I am still waiting... I have spoken to at least 5 different people, been passed from department to department and not a single person in any department ever calls back. I have been waiting since early August for a reimbursement, but nothing has been sent yet. When you call, don't hit 9 for a company directory, as specified in the automated message, you will be told that you have pressed an incorrect option. Zero stars should be an option!

Unresponsive, and their suggestion to fix my problem with my existing software, is to get a new software....

I called them for a quote and they were Horible
