This place caused me much inconvenience in moving to our new house and the lack of care taken to take responsibility and make something happen was very disappointing. A friend of mine is going through the same thing with their current move. I do not recommend this business.

Charlene has absolutely no respect of other people's time. Shows up late and on the phone to meetings. This lady also screwed us over on a rental last minute after she verbally agreed on the rent after talking to the landlords and detailed checking of our rental app. She told me she was sending over the lease but stalled me for a week making up stories. In the end not picking up calls and finally making lame excuses 7 days before move in. After me persistantly following up every day. Made this a stressful situation for us. If she had just told me no after checking the application this wouldnt have happened.Not to be trusted, Totally unethical, no backbone & just after the highest commission.SAVE YOUR TIME & GET A NORMAL AGENT.
