Moving sucks! It's stressful, lots of prepping, time consuming, etc. I used Papa's for two moves recently 7/29 & 8/23. From an old house to my storage units then to our new home :-). The last 10 years+ I've never used the same mover twice. I was impressed with the whole experience. From Brent the owner providing me details and options to the guys who did all the work - Moe, Barry, Dave and Cody. Key reasons I am writing this review: 1. Lots of great movers out there, I just found Papa's to be prompt, affordable, friendly and professional. 2. They did a great job the first time so why continue with another mover. 3. Less stress, the guys took charge, gave recommendations as they moved certain furniture and attitudes left elsewhere. Last at this time, I know money is tight for all. Reward for service well done. So don't forget to tip better than norm if you can. These guys do the heavy work most of us don't care for and the extra $ is well deserved.

Papas moving was AWESOME to work with. They were flexible, thorough, and very professional. Martin oversaw our move and I would trust all our things with him. The three man team from Papa’s Moving was amazing! Polite, friendly and quiet. They reviewed our contents, room by room and backyard, and then executed loading it with efficiency and skill. We didn’t hear one bump or scrape throughout the 3 bedroom move!! We also appreciated the transparent fees as they were exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend!

We used Papa’s Moving Company to make our move from our townhouse on the west side of Vancouver to a condo near False Creek. Two other family members have also used this company for specific moving needs. I can’t say enough good things about this great company! They are extremely professional and energetic and consistently demonstrate a work ethic that is very much appreciated! We were delighted with the three strong men who made two trips to our new home and took great care to make sure everything was wrapped and moved without any damage whatsoever. Mo, Nick and Barry were very cheerful as they worked and interacted with my husband and myself, always asking if there was anything else they could help with! We would not use any other moving company and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to use any of their services! Thank you guys!!!

We had recently used Papa’s Moving when relocating to our new home. From the initial conversation with Brent (Papa) to book in the move we knew right away that we were in capable hands. Cody, Barry and Sterling arrived on time and they were careful, respectful, courteous and diligent throughout the entire process: everything one could hope for from a moving company. We were fortunate to have had such a professional moving company for our relocation. Based on our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Brent and his team at Papa’s Moving. We used Papa’s Moving over the weekend for the second time. Couldn’t have been easier, the guys were respectful and well mannered, hard working and took good care not to damage our stuff or the freshly painted walls in our new condo. They showed up at 10 AM and by 4 PM all our worldly possessions from our 2 BDRM condo were neatly stacked in the new unit.Moving companies can be so questionable...usually it seems like you either get horrible service for a good price, or have to pay through the nose for good service. Papa’s Moving is the best of both worlds...high quality at a reasonable price. I doubt we’ll ever use anyone else!

Our family of four used Papa's Moving for the second time this past Winter and we had very positive experiences on both occasions. We had two different teams of three men, and all six,were hard-working, efficient, polite - to us and each other - and they treated our furniture and boxes of belongings with care. Brent was one of our movers the first time, and we dealt with him both times for making arrangements, and he was responsive and flexible. We highly recommend this independent small business!

Great experience with this company! The team that helped us move was top notch. They were very professional and made what is a typically a stressful event go smoothly and without any issues. They worked hard and were very communicative. I’d highly recommend Papa’s moving.

Dan and his partner were awesome …. Their spirit was uplifting and the job was done well. I highly recommend this company , we have used them many times and will again if needed in future. I laughed and felt at ease with these men❤️
