This London Drugs is a really good place for electronics food or anything you may need to buy. You ever need something I would just go to London drugs because this one offers a lot of things even though the website may say they're sold out of the item. I just bought a gaming thing from there and it came relatively quickly. 10/10

A lot of sale items to choose! From grocery to electronics. Unmatchable customers service. I bought a hologram alarm clock and looking to buy an iPad when it goes on sale soon!

This location is very large, with a huge selection across all departments of your household. Due to being in a less populated area the sheer size of the footprint of the store is much larger than a typical London Drugs experience from the Vancouver area.Worth stopping by, even if just for a browse.

Their electronics department is absolutely awful. A unit (expensive turntable) I had bought from them was brought back to them for repair and the subsequent work by their supplier broke even more things due to their ineptness. Poor communication ensued with the Nanaimo North store and the only offer they could make was to send it back to the same inept place for further ‘repair’. A request for a loan unit was declined by the store and it’s been well over 6 months without a working unit.There’s a sense of everyone just passing the buck there and no one with any authority to make a decision.

Have been shopping here since my move from Europe and I’ve never had a bad experience. I have purchased a lot of camera gear and have been talked too like a human the have honoured prices and even price matched for me. Can’t say the same for the shop downtown. My experiences were vastly different between the two stores and I would drive the extra 20 minutes just to never deal with the downtown staff again.

Okay this place blew me away needed a camera bracket they had all sorts of gear better than Best Buy. Electronics section was killer. Food and munchies off the charts! Not knowing what to expect it was epic! Clean store, attentive staff and tons of them to help you.

The cosmetics manager is the worst person I’ve ever met. Super rude! I wanted to buy a serum. I said “excuse me” she saw me and ignored me. I found the box of the product I wanted was opened, and it’s the only one displayed. I showed her the product and asked if there’s any new ones. She told me: “the box should not be opened. If you want to try there are test ones over there.” I told her I didn’t open it. She just repeated again insisting that I open the box. I said : “It’s so rude to say so. And I want to see the store manager. “ She said ok and called a supervisor and let the supervisor apologize. I told the supervisor I just want the person who did it to apologize. She finally apologized with reluctance. I won’t take this hypocritical apology. This kind of person should not work in customer services position. People here are nice. She just doesn’t deserve kind customers. She should work with something as awful as she is.

I had a terrible experience at this store. Sales associate were not approachable at all. Not friendly. Customer service is poor.However, I love their items. I love the wine I bought here. I had a good deal for 7.99 dollars.

photo service staff are literally useless. ordered photos online yesterday at 3pm and had to schedule my pickup for 12pm today. stop by at 1:50 and wait ten minutes before a male staff member comes up and asks me for my order, can’t find it, and says they aren’t available. the man(a man of colour) working behind the counter came up and couldn’t find my order and said it “would take some time” because he didn’t know where my order was. he disappears for twenty minutes and comes back after another female employee starts helping me. tells me my order isn’t available or ready whatsoever yet- two hours after my pickup. i say, okay how long? he disappears for another five minutes and says he doesn’t know, so i say “okay? this is ridiculous, cancel it entirely because i might as well just go to Walmart.” he tells me to wait and leaves again for another five minutes, comes back and says it’ll be about ten minutes before my order of maybe 25 4x6 pictures is ready. i say okay cool thats fine because im willing to wait ten minutes since im already there, he leaves again and then comes back to say “your order has been cancelled ma’am, im sorry have a good day” so in my head im like what the f#$&?! good job!! i say “what? i said i would wait” He responded with “you’ll need to reupload your files” which took me half an hour the night prior due to the machine not working properly. thank you so much for almost waisting an hour of my life!

I used to love dealing with London Drugs in Duncan, then when I moved to Nanaimo, the wheels fell off. I can never get prescriptions dealt with in a proper manner. They always claim they don't receive them, which results in multiple calls back to physicians, who ensure me it was faxed multiple times. When I pressure LD to search harder, they are usually found sitting in their computer in the 'Fax folder... completely ignored and unprocessed. This is usually a long drawn out back-and-forth effort over week to two weeks after they were faxed. Beyond annoying. I get that they may be struggling with staffing issues
