I bought glasses from this place on the recommendation of my sister. She was very happy with hers and was very happy with the customer service. Charlotte is a very caring and dedicated member of this particular store location on Lancaster Rd. . Her and Bash make a great team. They did everything possible to make my change in vision a less stressful event. Excellent, outstanding, caring service. Thank you.

Absolutely ADORED my experience here! I purchased glasses as well as contact lenses and it has always been so hard for me to find glasses that suit my face, but they are so helpful, kind and patient in helping me pick a pair which i am in love with! Very good quality contacts and glasses for great prices. I will be coming back here for good for all my eyewear services! Highly recommend. & the store is so chic yet warm and welcoming! Went in for new glasses in December and because of a flyer I got in the mail I was entitles to a free Frame. Decided to also get my new Rx on a pair of sunglasses I already owned so I left them with the store. Haven't heard from them since. They won't return my calls or emails. The store is locked down with some legal notice on the door. Order paid in full and a $700 pair of my glasses left there and I have lost it all. (Thank goodness visa refunded my new order) but still out my personal sunglasses. I'd say don't buy here but looks like they won't be reopening anyways

Our experience here was nothing short of stellar!From the moment we arrived, Bash provided us with exceptional, professional, patient and warm service. Bash is an example of what everyone in the service industry should be like, making clients feel comfortable and valued.When we initially arrived we were only interested in purchasing glasses for my partner but Bash was so incredibly helpful I decided to book my own eye exam and purchase my own glasses which meant spending double the original amount we anticipated. Whoever owns this business should hold onto this guy and give him a raise.I'll be using Bash as an example of what to aspire to when giving client service related presentations. Thanks again.

Ripped me off. Long time customer probably got at least 15 pairs of glasses from the store. My last transaction they lost my Tiffany sunglasses which I paid over $800 for on top of that I had Tom Ford frames I had them put in prescription in them when I picked them up the prescription was double the strength. They told me to take them home maybe my eyes would adjust to them. Probably for the best that they’re closed. I’m still thinking of doing a small claims court claim against them. Shame on you I20/20

I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and this was, by far, the most AMAZING glasses shopping experience ever. I walked in looking for a coversation starter. Funky with a bit of sassyness and I was served! Great selection. Very reasonable prices. Outstanding customer service. I ended purchasing two frames. I've never in my life have had so many great options to choose from. Check them out!

Bought glasses before they were evicted. Had serious issues trying to get them. Had to go to a different location downtown several times until I finally got them. The guy who responded to my voicemail to set up an appointment was completely unapologetic and was sighing over the phone like he was tired of me for wanting glasses I paid several hundred dollars for. Even if they ever reopen, don’t go here. Get a prescription from an optometrist and order glasses online. Cheaper and significantly better customer service than here

Friendly knowledgeable staff made getting new glasses a pleasant experience. The transitions lenses are fantastic even behind the windshield of my vehicle. Fantastic selection of frames. I definitely recommend this store

Excellent customer service from all staff at the I2020 Belfast Road location! Adam and Richard were super patient and very professional. Selection was amazing... My husband and I both purchased glasses from them over a month ago and we were so very pleased we went there. Will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbours and will definately go back again. Thank you once again :)
