I went here with a earring that needed repair. They couldn’t do it themselves as it involved replacing part of the earring, so they gave me directions to a nearby place that could (and did), and also wrote down the name and address for me. Great interaction.

We purchase an engagement ring from this location. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob who spent a long time with us allowing me to try on different rings and giving us all the details of each one. Not once did I feel rushed or as if he was running out of patience. He made the experience enjoyable and fun which allowed me to feel comfortable and certain of the one I wanted.

It was a wonderful experience, Charlotte was amazing in helping me pick out a beautiful necklace and pendant and Bob was also very good in assisting my mum in picking out a ring for herself. They were very welcoming and very knowledgeable,Thank you!

My mom and I were helped by mostly Charlotte and one other beautiful lady who’s name I did not get. My bracelet broke and Charlotte went above and beyond to try and see what she could do to help me, they ended up replacing the whole bracelet! She was incredibly lovely and helpful and just made my whole week. Thank you again Charlotte and keep doing what you’re doing! You’re an amazing human❤️

We bought 2rings here the other days, it's really good price and plenty of choice.Lynne was so patiently help us with what we want, she help us a lot and we received very great customer services from her. Omg, I'm happy that I bought the ring from here.

I took a gold necklace for an attempt to repair. The two sour faced “ladies” working asked if I had a receipt. The necklace was clearly purchased there. I told her it was a gift, so I had no receipt. The one sour face “helping” me looked as if I had slapped her in the face. By asking for help. No help at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

While we didn't end up buying anything, it was a grat experience and Anna was super fun to chat with while my wife tried on and looked at jewelery. Would definitely come back!

I spontaneously treated myself to a beautiful ring I saw in their showcase window, it was stunning and 50% off! Kay helped me with that purchase. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable of their products and personable. From start to finish, the whole visit was a wonderful experience!I also looked into having a small diamond set into a ring that I already owned. Robbie, the store Manager came forward to help me with this. She has been in the business for many years and has a very keen eye on what will work and what won’t. She looked at it and told me that it was structurally not a good idea to make the change. Needless to say, I really appreciated her honesty.Both Kay and Robbie were so professional, honest and kind; it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the staff at the Hillside mall location, to anyone. I will definitely go back.

My wife stopped at this store at the Bay Centre while I was on my phone outside the store dealing with a cell phone problem. My wife was talking with a blonde-haired clerk in her late 40’s or 50’s (didn’t catch her name) as she was looking for a Pandora charm for our daughter. As I was talking on the phone my wife stepped outside the store to get my attention that she had found a charm that she would like to purchase for our daughter and as I turned to enter the store and help decide on the choice I looked at the sales clerk who just glared at me and shook her head condescendingly. I suspected that that was her way of signaling her disapproval of me talking on the phone outside her store but I thought ‘this is the way you treat customers or potential customers’? I wanted nothing to do with her or her store (lots of jewellery stores out there) so I signalled my wife that we should leave and announced to the clerk that I had no desire to do business with a sales rep who disrespects clients like she did.Unfortunately, my wife didn’t catch the full story and purchased the charm from this rep but when I explained what happened my wife returned the charm for a refund.Won’t be doing business with them at all!!
